- The "Town Musicians of Bremen" is a German fairy tale, published in Grimms' Fairy Tales in 1819.
It tells the story of four aging domestic animals, who after a lifetime of hard work are neglected and mistreated by their former masters. Eventually, they decide to run away, intending to become town musicians in the city of Bremen. Contrary to the story's title the characters never arrive in Bremen, as they succeed in tricking and scaring off a band of robbers, capturing their spoils, and moving into their house.
This paper engineering kit is designed by Walter Ruffler, who comes from Germany.
Suggested for ages 12+, this kit will take a couple of hours to construct.

I have watched every single Grand Illusions video. I need more. Must Consume
Same here, brother.
Can't get enough.
I actually live in Bremen, Kentucky--which was named by German settlers for Bremen, Germany!
Haha that's fun 😅
I was born in Bremen, Germany and I don't live that far from it!
That donkey's adorable, especially with that classy music playing!
I actually first heard of the "Town Musicians of Bremen" in a rather stranger way. "The Legend of Zelda : Majora's Mask" was one of my favorite video games when I was young. In the game, you can talk to a travelling hurdy-gurdy player, who talks about his past with a troupe of musicians with many animals who played instruments, and he gives you a mask that lets you play a song and march in step and lead animals on a march.
I’ve been watching you for 3 years and haven’t missed a week. You bring a smile to my face with every video. Thank you Tim!
newspapers and magazines used to give this diy cardboard toys as promotions when i was a child.
whoah it's been three years (or more) since i last watched your videos and it's amazing how you still haven't ran out of toys to share
I'm always amazed by simple machines, the earlier it is, the more amazed I am
Your videos always put a smile on my face, please continue to make content. You're the highlight of my week.
Man whenever I see Bremen I think of Link from Zelda Majora's Mask marching around playing the Bremen March song and little animals following him around.
👱🎶 🐤🐤🐤
I was gonna say that! Bremen’s mask is completely useless except for that one side mission.
I am from Bremen 😊
The original Bremen 😅
the original? so they named the town after you? 🤣😉
*Very classy toy for everyone to enjoy* 🐴👍
Banging out those crazy tunes, man.
Always a joy to see your videos,Tim!
Pouring in sand from the Nile?
What's the little jazz riff on the beginning of the video?

Never actually saw any animals that played any instruments but these will do
I thought this was a library of ruina video when I first got the notification, the project moon brainrot is too severe..
Oh yeah context for people unaware, in the video game "Library of ruina" there are a group of minor antagonists called the musicians of bremen who wear animal masks, later on in the game a character called "Bremen" shows up who has 1 dog head, 1 donkey head and 1 rooster head, i believe this character is the leader of the other 3 who I mentioned previously.
Tim must be the worlds best Uncle.
Grandy Nice ❤️❤️
It’s nice that it’s based on sand.
Not enjoying the ear piercing screech of intro/outro.
I'm afraid this is the least impressive sand automaton I've seen yet. All the others were quite clever, but this is so very basic it isn't funny. That also makes this the least entertaining of these videos I've seen.
