I opened this video because of its preview image (splits after f2f), but then it wasnt even included in the exits :-/ I'm looking everywhere for a tutorial how to do that split without hurting the base and how to get out of that...
Haha sorry for misleading you, it's pretty common to put a picture in the thumbnail of something that doesn't necessarily exist in the video. As for your question: First, it can hurt both the flyer and base so both should be careful. You start in a regular f2f and start splitting while keeping pulling in with your inner thigh. Start with small and go further if you feel you can. You can see in the pic that I'm looking down because I want to be able to reach to him with my hands if I start falling. It's also a good way to not fall back. After connecting hands you can just bring your legs backward like you're going to a plank and then down.
@@AcroNogaS so for the future thumbnails, could you please only use pictures of things which are in your video? That way people don't feel misled by the thumbnail. Even if other people use unrelated thumbnails, you're better than that :-)
you are such an inspiration!! we are so happy to have you back on videos!!!
Thank you!!! You and I should definitely see each other face to face one day :)
