Steve Gunn Antient Jules what a great song this is just a feel good tune makes you just want to jump in your car or on your motorcycle and just take of somewhere and just move and clear your mind cool stuff !!
This reminds me a bit of Echo and the Bunnymen of about forty years ago...but back when Mac could still sing in the finest rock n' roll singing voices on the planet!
Master musician 👩🎤 Gullivers,Northern Quarter.Manchester.Great set 120 people.last night of his tour and even spoke to him to get a deal on merchandise 3 for £20. The night an audience member gave him a painting of himself.
Looking forward to seeing you & Mike at the High 'n' Lonesome Fest at Brudenell Social Club, Leeds 19/11/16. Want a drive through Nidderdale in the integrale? Fantastic track!
Nice bike Steve :) Carrying on the fingerpick tradition, young artist on the verge of creativity. Definitely going to be looking out for Steve Gunn. Hope to hear a collaboration album with Michael.
Okay, I've been playing Michael Chapman records all week (I'm a recent convert), and then today just happened to click on this video because the image looked interesting, with Steve's bike. Synchronicity!
Not Yorkshire, the filling station at the start is in Haltwhistle and the start of the bike ride is at the bottom of my road near Gilsland, Cumbria Chapman lives nearby.
OK...I know fuck all about this Steve Gunn guy, but that is Michael Chapman!! And, this is great....someone else said it, reminds a bit of Television. But different. Thanks for the introduction.
Yes, 79 R65. Lightly "caféracerized"... Custom seat, short fenders, and no side panels. And Steve doesn't seem that comfortable riding it ! Look at that right curve, and the left hand constantly on the clutch... He's a much better guitar player !!
i know it’s only a video but I can’t help but think the “character” is worried cause left his bike out on the road. Cool song but the bike issue is bugging me.
I saw this guy play in the burg and it was one of the best shows I've been to in years.

Yeah man...
This song kills it. Saw Steve a few weeks back with Lee Ranaldo- best show I've seen in years. Fan for life.
It's Steve Gunn alright and that's enough for me...This guy is really good!
This is one of the new best songs I heard in last few years with outstanding guitar texture
Great music, great visuals - the whole package....with Michael Chapman as well ! Thanks for sharing.
Great bike
Yea, I haven't ever ridden one of these, but I see the beauty....Great combination....
Fantastic! Warms my heart to see those two guys together
Just saw Steve Gunn in DC at the Black Cat. Great show and what a great artist he is. Can't get enough of the new album.

Looking forward to seeing you & Mike at the High 'n' Lonesome Fest at Brudenell Social Club, Leeds 19/11/16. Want a drive through Nidderdale in the integrale? Fantastic track!
This song reminds me of Television, with Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd playing guitars.
yeah - and the Dead as well
Duane Allman. That is All... man.
Man, the first thing I thought of was Television, too. Great song.
Hint of Thin Lizzy for me.
*nods* I heard this song today and immediately thought "Is that Television?"
Heard Steve for the first time on the marvellous Iggy Confidential show, and was
very impressed. Another talent to look out for.
Me too - what a happy find!
Iggy..iggy pop?
I didn't think it possible to outdo Way Out Weather but the album this track comes from blows me away. Congrats, and keep up the good work!
Nice bike Steve :)

Oh I'd never heard this, but it sounds a lot like Thurston Moore on a later Sonic Youth record, such as Murray Street or Sonic Nurse

I agree with Steve Gunn 👍
mike chapman picking him up like an OG

🎉
When are you going yo spain?
A "Le Batofar" à Paris, le 18 mai...
Has a Sonic Youth "Murry Street vibe to it.
Yeah, I agree, actually. Reminds me of 'Rather Ripped', too. All good things.
I can definitely hear that. Probably why he's touring with Lee Ranaldo next month.
Any one have the tabs for this song?
Is that an R65? Kind of looks like one plus the side covers had a tendency to fly off and one is missing here.
Yes, 79 R65. Lightly "caféracerized"... Custom seat, short fenders, and no side panels.

Che qualcuno recuperi quella BMW!
Sounds like Grateful Dead to me

you are aware he was in the violators
#TagYaMan
Michael Chapman is the coolest man around
juliana's guitar tone.
...e la motocicletta?
i know it’s only a video but I can’t help but think the “character” is worried cause left his bike out on the road. Cool song but the bike issue is bugging me.
With Michael Chapman himself !
yep, Tom Verlaine Thin Lizzy and so on. Not easy road.

He used to be a Violator….👌
Engine vibes?
