When you get fitted take a 4 hybride it will help, and more useful than you 4 iron

I think his issue is tryin to hit it too hard.. playing with gm and bubbie doesnt help as they hit absolute bombs lol

I have a mild case of arachnodactyly, so these grips were a huge help for me. I recommend them to anyone with large hand and especially long fingers. I’ve used them since March 2020 when I heard they made a lightweight version. They are easy to regrip if you use the air compressor/hairspray method. You can take them off and save them with an air compressor as well. I played D1 for a top 40 golf school 4 years ago and I wish they made the light version then. They really have made a difference in my game.

Just ordered my Jumbomax XL set to finish my regrip . I had one installed on my driver and I like the way the club is staying square at impact for me .

So Stephen, how do you like the big Bryson DeChambeau grips? Do they help your game and how do they feel in your hands. I use jumbo grips on my driver, seven wood, approach and lob wedge. I love the feel of the Golf Pride CP2 Pro grips I have on those clubs. Its gives me a better hold of the club as I have arthritic hands. I am not sure if I want to go to the DeChambeau grips or not. The CP2 Tour jumbo grips seem to work out fine but are a little on the expensive side but worth the price I paid for them. I might start to put them on my other clubs as well. On those I have the Lampkin midsize Crossline grips. They are good but not as good as the CP2 Tour jumbo grips. But the Lampkin grips are much cheaper than the Golf Pride ones. But in the future I when I need new grips, I might start to put the CP2 Tour jumbo grips on all my clubs. I feel the jumbo grips give me better feel and control of the golf club in my hand and are not as hard on my arthritic hands. Best of everything to you Stephen. Happy golfing!

I got new mid +4 with 3 wraps and love them
I put oversized on my driver and woods and it helped, I have midsized on my irons and they have helped but thinking of going to oversize. I am 6’1” and have longer then usual hands so the oversize help me grip the clubs proper!!!!
You should go with One Length clubs next! It might fix that little 4 iron problem and be great experiment .

Love this video concept! I think the bigger grips natural loosen your grip pressure and then helps release tension in the swing. You'll be able to repeat your swing and swing a little faster without effort

Don't give up on them. Don't listen to everyone telling you they don't work. I have been playing the Medium lite Jumbo Max grips and they are fantastic. you will play better and have more control. No you will not hit them to the right like everyone says! Good luck

i run oversize grips on my wedges, driver, and 3 iron. replacing my 3w with a 2 iron soon hopefully and will do the same. may just make the switch for all my clubs.

What size grip did you get? The jumbo max come in many different sizes...
I'm a pretty small guy but run jumbo grips. I only do this as I have giant hands and it's the only way I can grip properly without major overlapping

I think Steve should look into one length clubs and then almost swing like bryson where his left arm is more straight and out. I felt like when I started my swing I feel like going out and if I go inside more I feel like I could chunk it or have a snap draw
If your getting a fitting try Sterling one length clubs it’s going to suit you so much if you struggle with longer length clubs
I’ve had them 4 years best thing I ever done would never go back to normal clubs
My suggestion is go to www.jumbomax.com and do the trial kit two grips different sizes for $23 most are going to grab way to big of size their first time then dial down to the right size for them. They actually have a sizing guide on their site. And the small tour black and silver or lime green and black on your wedges ads stability once you grip down the counter balance from the 98gram grip and the head of the club works perfect together.

Midsize is the true butter size imo. Thicker than stock but not the rediculous jumbo. Just my preference, but those units look like tennis racquet handles.
Review the ONE LENGTH clubs
Do it for the content, keep it for the ripper magoo's that are about to come in the next week...
I play oversize Lamkin Crosslie grips; but I'm about 6'3 220, but I love a larger grip, it gets the grip in the fingers better

@@StumblerUSA not really. my hands are big, if I use standard it feels like I am holding a pencil. and my hands don't even sit properly on the club with a standard grip. Bubba Watson has large hands too and uses 8 wraps of tape to make them oversize. JohnDaly uses big grips with 10 wraps of tape as well. Michael Jordan is another one, look at the grips on his clubs.
Go with one length clubs and jumbomax grips(even with wedges).... trust me you will never regret... especially when you can't hit your 4 and 5 irons...go for it..within a few weeks you will become better than all your friends.
