IMHO the Bruins best game of the year, and they couldn't have timed it any better. This team has been disrespected by the national soccer media all year, so that makes this win especially sweet. A big congratulations to the team and the coaching staff. Now, on to the NCAA tournament, and a continuation of play like they played today.
Why was this tournament in St. Louis? For starters there isn't even a Big 10 school there. Shoulda had it in Los Angeles. Coulda split games between Galaxy's home field and the LAFC one. Missed opportunity.
Maybe it was considered "in between" schools? Considering three of the four semi finalists were west coast, I have to agree with you. Having west coast schools in the big ten is so silly anyway. Also, how did this Rutgers team beat USC? Their defending was shocking this game.
@@dglesterhardunkichud7860 Rutgers had to pull off a miracle to beat SC, but pull it off they did, so you have to give them credit. As far as playing in St. Louis, that's part of the downside of joining the Big 10. Most of the schools are in the Midwest, so that's the price the west coast schools will have to deal with.

That's normal for the former Pac 12 schools, though. Their basketball and football championship games were held in Las Vegas.
