Beard is coming along brother 👊 I swung by the vet and picked up a bushel of mountain oysters last night I cleaned up and got ready for the grease tonight. If you can make it to north Alabama in 4 hours you're more than welcome to a spot at the table lol. I'm recording, so if you cant make it in person, in a few weeks you can watch the experience.

I’m always happy to share ! If a local butcher gets duck supplied to them, they can probably get it from their supplier. If not, larger Asian grocery stores usually carry them. Definitely try them if you can find them, they’re really good ! Cheers 🍻

I did- very comparable to pork ribs or pork belly. Similar fat content and flavor for sure
