I remember this guy Moazzam Begg. I was living in the street and he saw me and approached. We talked and he asked, "so, what are you thinking of doing now?" I told him, "Getting out of the streets and to do that I am going to design my own T-shirts and sell them." He asked, "how much it's going to cost to get it going?" I said how much it costs. I already did my calculations, got prices from wharehouse that sells T-SHIRTS and price from the printing shop. He immediately took his hand in his pocket, took out his wallet, gave me stack of money. What he only got because he just released, he just in UK. He said, "well, you got a start, go to other guys, these I call brothers, say I sent you, go to each one and you will have all the money you need and then some." I did that and money came, just like that from each Muslim guy. Then as I was walking away, back to wheever I sleep, a car drove, and a man came out, and he said, "get in. We are going to print your T-SHIRTS. I was sent by Mozzam Begg." And weeks went by, and just like that, I was in a large conference, with table, selling all my T-SHIRTS, all sold out and I just sat, wondering, "how life changes in a few weeks." I went back to the mosque next day, was tired, slept. I heard a call of a prayer. I saw men, I followed them, copied what they were doing, followed up them back up and I prayed my first prayer. I met him again and he jokingly said about my design, "I thought you'd do a better job?" I replied, "haha. It's a start, got new designs coming." And we became brothers for a short while cause I left on my own journey. I never saw him again after.

I think we can all agree that: The Palestinian people have elevated all of us, as Muslims, and as human beings. The ummah as a whole has begun to rightfully mistrust the leaders in Muslim countries ability to make sound, Islamic decisions to protect our people; be they in Rohingya, China or Palestine or India. Likewise, Muslims have begin to rightfully question the ulemas, particularly in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt, and their ability to provide sound Islamic advice and to pass fatwas that protect us. We ask Allah (SWT) to guide our ulema back to the straight path. Ameen. The notion of return to a caliphate to protect our ummah and ulema seems more rationale then ever. Western “democracy” and human rights and a “rules based order” has proven to be a half truth. Likewise, the freedom of the press in the West has proven to be a half truth. We have far more allies amongst the kufar than we could have ever imagined if it was not for the conflict in Palestine. In fact across Europe and America we have seen men, women and children, put themselves in harms way to stand up for the rights of Palestinians. And we ask Allah (SWT) to guide them all to Islam. Ameen. Our ummah and free human beings everywhere are faced with a very dark, violent opponent. We now know just how deeply embedded Zionists are in not just the West, but across the Gulf and North Africa. The empire-building of the United States is not only dysfunctional, but is likely to disintegrate over the course of the next decade, Insha’Allah As a people, as a body, our ummah has responded to the call of our Palestinian brothers and sisters in a righteous fashion. Our right to live, work and raise families in our homelands is non negotiable, as is our right to protect Al Aqsa, and colonizers and corrupt rulers should be put on notice; we are recognizing our collective power. We ask Allah (SWT) to protect and guide us all, to remove the obstacles in our path preventing us from fulfilling the obligations of tawheed.
