Most folks on UA-cam talk to fast during instructional videos. You are much easier to follow because you speak clear and at a normal rate of speed. Thank You and Please, keep on teaching.
You have what it takes to be an excellent instructor. You incorporate but don't overdo your personal experience. I am retired and have taken a bigger interest in video creation and editing.I have an Iphone 11 and also a 10.2 Ipad which I am finding to be an excellent combination. I have been watching lots of videos for Luma Fusion and just now came across your video and find it very very helpful. You cover things enough to get the exposure to the functionality available and cause one to set the expectation for future ones. Thank you. Charlie
you're such a good teacher, simple & easy to understand. short & just nice to learn almost every tools. I just bought iPad pro and started using Luma fusion for my UA-cam video. before this all edited on phone using KineMaster. thanks for the great tutorial.
That was a really valuable video for me - both to see how the iPad can really manage video editing and to have such a speedy run-through of the features of LumaFusion. Thanks very much 👍👍👍
Man, this video was just amazing! I have the same iPad you have, and use it for my work with music. For my videos on UA-cam, I'm always trying to do something interesting, but usually I don't. This Luma Fusion introduction on the same model that mine helped a lot. Buying right now for doing my tests. Thanks!
Amazing tutorial... I’ve been using videoleap on my phone for my content so far but just got the iPad Pro with lumafusion and this video was exactly what I needed!! Thanks
That was really informative and jam packed, as a new user to LumaFusion and editing it is a bit imitating but I am more than willing to learn. Thanks for the tutorial 🙏🏾
Been editing videos on my iPhone 6 and recently bought an a newer iPad. Stumbled on this and it has sold me on this app. Would love to see more in depth videos of the app 👍
Thank you for your simple demonstration I am an amateur who just purchased this app for use…I appreciate to learn from you anytime..am texting from Nairobi Kenya.
Defiantly One of the better tutorials I’ve seen in quite a while. I do like how you’re using a pencil and showing all of the options that you are clicking on. Some videos say they are click something but you’re not really sure what they are clicking , Anyway I appreciate the time your took to show us this tutorial , it really helped me out a lot .
I’ve always used iMovie on 9.7 pro 2016 but now upgrading to a 11” 2021 pro so have purchased LumaFusion and trying it out on my old pro while waiting for the new one. Thanks for this. Regards Fred
Great video 📹. I came to see how a A10 chip performs in video editing. I am on a budget and found an iPad pro 10.5 with the A10x chip and 512gb of storage brand new for $500 [vs $400 iPad 9 but just 64gb] Do you think it's worth it in 2023? I only work with 1080p footage from Sony a6000 you see I do not have the top of the line equipment. What do you think? Thanks
I really appreciate your generous and extremely thorough presentation. I’ve been lookin at Luma for awhile but you got me totally excited about getting it right away. I just started editing once again on the generation 8 iPad but I’ve been re equating my self with I movie. It’s working for me at the moment because I’m primarily uploading stills with simple transitions and some music that is original. But I’ll be back for more info and inspiration. Thank you sir.
I use my iPad 7th gen for so much and this video was a big help to my questions! Great video, saved it to a playlist. Now my edit-on-the-go-device is almost ready haha. Keep going the work man! You got a new sub :)
Love your teaching skills. You've made luma fusion very attractive. I'm about to purchase the Gen 8 IPad and primarily want to edit vid and music. Do you recommend a pro photo editor other than photoshop for iPad? Also I'm familiar with garage band but do you like another daw that works well on iPad. My only request or suggestion in regards to your style of presentation would be to speak a little slower. I'm older and slower Hee hee. I know every one is aware of the need to keep people interested and don't give them a second to become disinterested and maybe leave but your info is so thorough and important that a bit slower would make it way more enjoyable for the listener. Just my opinion. You're awesome. Thank you.
Thanks for making it all sound so simple. Bear with me I am a complete novice. When importing video files and clips into Lumafusion each clip could have been shot at different frame rates and aspect ratios so why does this not matter when you select 30FPS and 16:9 in the box before starting the edit. Surely the same camera settings used PER SHOT/VIDEO have to be replicated in Lumafusion? Don't understand? Thanks so much!
Hey, my wife and I are planning a trip around Australia in a years time, I'd like to learn to edit and your video was the first I watched, Yes for sure a series would be a great help. I'm almost 60 and this tech is not what I grew up with so go slowwwwwwwwww. The idea is to learn so when we go I will be able to do you tube of the travels , would be great for family to follow also a nice record of our travels. Content would be go pro, 9 drone footage, also how to put music on footage would be nice to learn. Thanks goodwork.
I also used cute cut pro at the beginning, and switched to LumaFusion, and now switched to MovieSpirit again, you can have a check on MovieSpirit on App Store, seems it has more editing features.
Thank you for this video. It is helpful for the beginners like me. I have a question. I chose my videos for my photo library in the program. Then I added the videos to be able to adit it. But the seen is immediately changed, the colors of the video seemed like washout. what can I do?
Hmm I’m not sure, I’d maybe transfer the videos from your photo library to a files folder, and then upload them to Lumafusion from the files folder. Let me know what you find out 👍🏼
When using iMovie on my new iPad pro 20 .I find I can not up load to You Tube ( missing Camera Icon ). Dose this happen with LumaFusion ? Great video here. Nice and clear information .Thanks.
good stuff, man! Is it possible to import a project from iMovie into Lumafusion? Or would I just have to save the project as a video and drag it into Lumafusion?
Thanks for all the support!! If I were to make a LumaFusion course, what would you guys like to see in it?
Yes of course! Thank you
I'd love to see some of the things you mentioned in this video, like keyframing, Speed ramp and things like that 👌
Keyframing thank you so much
I would love to see more about title frames, too. That might go along with the key framing as well. Great video for beginners. Thanks very much!
For sure
