I am thinking whether your consultation session would be able to help answer whether there is a feasible path for me to plan for immigration via a work visa and then a residence visa afterward?
I am currently working as a professional in China. And my current monthly salary, if translated to hourly rate (assuming 8 working hours a day and 22 working days a month), would meet the requirement of 200% New Zealand's median hourly wage rate (assuming the median hourly wage is 27 dollars) as described in your videos talking about residence from work visa. I understand the working environment might be different between the two countries and the translated hourly rate might not be an apple-to-apple comparison, but hopefully it could be served as an initial assessment.

It looks NZ labour government will still keep the policy ambiguity in skilled migration so that they can either stop migration as more as they can or protect their education industry not influenced by their actual migration policy.

EOI selection has been closed for over 2 years.
But there are lots of fees for immigration of skilled people. It is an expensive process.

Sorry but NZeTAs are not for working, and are not visas. What scammers do is apply for real transit NZeTAs and then put the number on a fake visa. When you verify the NZeTA on the INZ website, it will say that you "can't enter NZ". Most people who hold an NZeTA for the purpose of working have been scammed.
There is no such thing as a "work permit". The correct term is "work visa".
To verify the employment letter, try contacting that employer. But again, it is probably fake.
Why don't you just call Immigration New Zealand to find out if your visa is real?

That means INZ start processing Essential skills work visas after 2022 july? I already applied ESWV application on 2020 april and lapsed in september 2021. Im going to apply again and I am from offshore. When can i apply for essential skills work visa again?

Essential Skills visas get deleted in July 2022 and replaced by the Accredited Employer Work Visa.
But INZ might start processing offshore work visa applications from April 2022 (when borders are scheduled to open). But we will see what happens.
Just apply for whatever work visa is current when borders open.
