NZQA is not as expected. Very disappointed with their services. Got my teacher IQA done and it was totally crap outcome. Had provided every single evidence from syllabus to total number of days studied and internships done, all of which qualified or exceeded requirements. Sadly, nowadays NZQA is sending work to contractual staff and it is horrible. They assessed my Bachelor of Science at Level 7 and my Master of Science at level 9, but surprisingly they mentioned my Bachelor or Education at Level 7, which is a post-graduate degree qualified for a Level 8. Disappointed but not giving up. Yet, I totally agree with Andre.

I would also like to know the steps to get a job there on visitor visa. It would be great if you can name the Agency or recruiters which help people to get a job on Visitor visa. I myself work for an International Airline and finding it difficult to get a job or sponsorship sitting in India. It will be really helpful if I can get your guidance in this matter.

I wish I saw this video before I used NZeta. Because I’m from South Africa and used NZets to fly to New Zealand to go to my cruise ship & I ended up not being allowed to get in New Zealand flight because New Zealand immigration/consulate did not recognise my transit visa from the airport to the ship (scammed). While I confirmed with that NZeta over the email asking them can this electronic visa allow me to leave the airport to the ship and the reply in writing “Yes” which ended up making me feel comfortable until I felt traumatised when I was at the airport with my suitcase going to New Zealand and the New Zealand consulate told me I don’t see this electronic visa in our system so you can not come 😭😭😭 save yourself don’t use NZeta it’s a scam 😭😭😭

For example bachelor in English and then travel consultant for the occupation. 3 points for the bachelor and 3 points after three years of experience in NZ (paid at medium wage)? Does that work?

Hi Andre, I am currently in the process of submitting my documents for skilled migration after selecting EOI in the Pool. I have obtained a C1 Advanced (CAE) certificate as proof of my English language proficiency, and I understand that C1 is a higher level than B2. Could you kindly advise whether the C1 Advanced certificate is generally acceptable for skilled migration in place of B2 proficiency? I mentioned the C1 Certificate when submitting the EOI and I received the ITA also. I want to ensure that I meet the language proficiency requirements accurately, and your expertise in immigration matters would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andre Greetings, I have submitted my Skilled Migrant Visa application on the 8th of may 2023, My selection happened during the November 2022 draw, I received the invite in January 2023. I submitted the application on the 7th May 2023, So what is the time taken for processing my application and what would the subsequent steps. Will have to do anything or just wait for the application processing response ? Secondly, what is it about the case officer assignment? I am told we will have case officer who may do an interview with the applicant, while processing the application. Question - does this mean the Greenlist work to residence pathway is more or less useless now? For example someone can do a Masters in ANY area (doesn't have to study greenlist areas) and then work 1 year and get residence? I am the most unlucky person here in NZ. Came here as a student in 2019, studied level 5, 6 and completed remaining paper for a year, these all took 3 years, got my PSW in Early 2022. No job in relevant field as I studied computer animation and visual effects. Didn't get selected for one off NZ residency, Second PSW options removed by the NZ immigration law. Haven't found the job yet, remaining 7 months left, couldn't get 29.66 per hour for AEWV either. No job, Unemployed for last 3 months. Got scammed and car stolen in Auckland by Indian and a Fiji Indian. Thai Auckland lord not returning my 3 weeks bond. Never ever thought New Zealand would be like this. Most of us are sadists instead of humans.
