There's a button for meat so if you are coming meat, you just press the meat/beef button.
For eggs you can just estimate the minutes and maybe cook for 7 minutes .

Yes you can for as long as the pressure cooker closes.
Whatever you are to cook from inside there, make sure your pressure cooker gets to close perfectly.
