I missed this earlier, when you first posted it, but you're clearly a good storyteller. I hope you've made good progress in this book in the 4 months since you posted this. As a writer myself, I can appreciate a good story.

HI THIS IS GONNA BE A LONG COMMENT BUT TLDR THIS IS A GOOD VIDEO 👍 Firstly I appreciate the writing style you went for, I feel like its v suitable for these kinds of stories. It provides enough detail for the listener to know whats happening, but still leaves smaller details to the imagination. Albeit i did end up listening three times cause I kept getting too sleepy to pay attention (See: i listened w my eyes closed and I liked trying to imagine what was happening) The word choice is colourful too, I think my favourite bit was how you referred to the red star as having "terrible magnificence", cause it remains vague if the red star is supposed to be a "good" or "bad" kind of character. In the end it leaves me wondering if the red star is trustworthy in the first place, which makes me even more curious to know what happens next I also really like how you described the boat in the second prophecy. You didnt just say "it was fragile" but instead you used it as an opportunity to describe the camaraderie between the sailors and their beliefs, which really helps w the worldbuilding. Good stuff When you bring up one fact, it leaves me w more questions, and I think that's really fitting for this kind of tale. For example for the 1st one, it leaves me wondering who the 9 people are, how were they speaking in tongues, how did they know where to go, etc. It's v mystical :] Overall I like your writing and it was nice listening to you read it like a bedtime story !
