Is waiting at the pin toxic? For me, the race is over too quick, and if I end it, it's a mystery what happened behind me. I am like... did the Brocky come second or the Funco. I only wish they had a podium screen, and then I wouldn't wait. What do you think?
To answer your question about being toxic waiting at the finish line. I don't think so, and even if it is, it's very mildly so. The most toxic thing has to be ramming others for no reason at all. There are some cars and locations (like bridges) where it's hard to avoid and I've lost dozens if not hundreds of races due to that. It's almost worse than cheaters ... we need a list for them too in my opinion.

I believe waiting at a finish line is highly subjective choice as u already mentioned countless times the real reason... Do what u feel right to do... I am currently doing a very hard challenge. Never been beaten so many times. The challenge is to find a Gold Drop, not allowed anything else. So stay the whole time with the Nissan. It so hard as I have to be where the action, where the latest drops are, everybody is chasing me, hunting me. Currently sitting at 23 games, I have had to ignore 2 level 9 drops and level 8 and 7's. Almost won in the Nissan a few times in non manipulated games. but passed near the finish by level 10's. Still getting to the final 7 out of 10 times. 10 top 5 finishes.
@vabrocks not sure how to present it because I've had heaps of races, eliminated heap of purple cars, and searched a million drops. It's getting so frustrating driving a piece of rubbish for about 8 hours. Any ideas on how to make a good story out of it?
@@sgh77 may be by fast forwarding at 2X or 3 X speed the searching part like Bob does in his video in long one way races... U can reduce the length and cut to the good part directly...
Also, my gamer tag is Ganymede55 and I did race you I think on November 30 (December 1 for you). I know it was around 5:20 pm your time because I looked up the current time in New Zealand. I was very excited to see your tag. You picked up a Golf at your usual place west of the Arena, and then headed south. I was a little more west and saw the drop disappear and turned around. You started chasing me and I fortunately came across a level 5 drop (Escort I think). I heard your characteristic horn and then I knew it was you. Fortunately for me, the drop was to my side through the lava field and I was pretty well lined up on the road, which allowed me to win. Afterward, I realized that maybe I should have gifted you the car ... to be nice and to see myself on a video. Anyway, you're as nice as you show on the videos - lots of good lucks and well played. I really appreciate that on a day like today where I got rammed out of level 10s twice. I love watching your videos by the way! It's the perfect amount of commentary and about my level of aggressiveness.
Someone tried to gift me yesterday so just drove off. I am currently doing a Golden Drop challenge, I can only drive the Level one until I find a golden drop. Its soooo hard I am sitting at 45 games, no gold. Beaten everything except gold, drive past heaps of level 8,7,6 but no gold. Its high level evasion, get to final nearly every time, Won one, vs funco, heaps of 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. Getting so bored with Nissan Level 1. hours and hours of driving it.
Nice, i don't shy away from showing losses. However, sometimes, I just show the final from the game. I do have heaps of games I am still to upload. It takes so long to edit and render. If I come across it, i will include it. I have deleted many because there isn't a worthy story to be told or as I am always low on storage space.
Your vids Your script your wins your learning curve.. personally i think you are fast enough to win finals in lower leveled cars.. sure would like to see you try.. love the vids and comments anyways.. do not forget the wife and kids keep it up
Thank you for the encouragement, I normally race when they are in bed. Sometimes I sneak an hour when they are at school. ( I work from Home, its dangerous).

Good question! Yes it has 4 times I think, Once I was chatting to my Daughter, Bang! Once I was watching the car on the outside on the hill, the pin was in the tunnel, it was going to be a 10 minute wait, but they got stuck and it respawned them in the tunnel virtually on the pin. The 3rd time, I use to risk it all and make it extremely close, once I made it too close. and Lastly I was turning around to face them and at low speed I couldn't break the barrier. Some tough ways to lose! lol! I like the idea of a podium screen! I don't always catch who's driving what in the feed during the game so it'd be cool to see exactly who all made the final and what cars they were driving. I also think the final races could be a little longer in terms of distance.
