April is here and it’s NFL Draft month! First, Peter shares some stories of March Madness, from Kansas City Chiefs super fan Caitlin Clark, his son’s Yahoo! tournament bracket, and potential NFL prospect DJ Burns. Peter is joined by Jim Nagy, Executive Director of the Reese’s Senior Bowl, to discuss Burns’ NFL prospects as the 2024 NFL Draft looms just a few weeks away. They explore the history of NFL teams scouting and drafting college basketball players, whether or not Lebron James could have had an NFL career, and how Jim would work out a prospect like Burns. Lastly, Peter shares some concerns that have been brought up about QB prospects Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, and JJ McCarthy and asks Jim to confirm or refute them.

It's a small list of great offensive minds that coached the bucs, but Gruden is the best so far.

This man is truly awesome. Buccaneers need to structure a deal to make him the air apparent for when Todd decides to retire. This man has head coach written all over him. Please do not let him escape from Tampa.
I agree, but I'm worried someone will take him from us like they did with Canales. When the season is over with. So I think they need to redo his contract, maybe make him the highest paid OC and add HC position when Bowles decides to leave.

I was critical of Baker and even a bit sad when he was named the starter over Trask last year. But man, he led Cleveland to the playoffs and won at Pittsburgh, a Cleveland team that won just 2 of their 43 games prior to drafting Baker. Baker is just pure talent and passion.
I don’t get why people wanted trask over baker last year. Why did you think trask was the better option then? I don’t mean this in a rude way I’m just curious what your thinking was.

Liam is Todd’s successor. He’ll be the coach of the future. At least I hope he is!
One more year with Liam as the OC to make a serious run at the superbowl then maybe Bowles would retire and hand over HC reigns to LC.
@@thejohnhend I think that’s a very real possibility. Who knows Todd may even be okay taking the DC role after a year or two and letting Liam take over HC duties. Todds said multiple times he does see himself coaching as long as BA did and he was 69.
I like the sounds of that scenario but the Super Bowl run needs to be this year! I hope they have talks of this nature at the end of the season. For now I hope they are scheming on annihilating the Ravens.
@@stephencarmichael289yes the Superbowl run has to be this year bc we're going to lose some players next season. We have way too much talent on this team that is going to want to get paid. This team is loaded if you look at the roster. It's honestly one of the best in the NFL. On both sides of the ball.

I’ve always liked Peter. He gets excited about football. He has always respected Baker. Not always an easy place to be.
The OC is the engineer and the players are the managers to run the plays. He stated players not plays which was his focus and he is bearing the fruits of his cultivations. #1 running defense tells me more receptions and Y.A.C. by the RB group Monday night. Go Bucs!
As a Bucs Fan it hurts me to say but i think Liam will be a HC next year just... good for him bad for my team😢

He could very well get a HC job for the Bucs and let Todd Bowles go back to playing strictly defensive coordinator and Liam call the plays. I feel like this we benefit the whole team. Just remember how the Bucs defense when BA was head coach and had Todd on def coordinater. I think it we a benefit for the Bucs to go ahead and do that. Keep TB pay the same, and give Liam a bonus and let them swap seats for the benefit of everyone
Todd won’t take a demotion. Best case- he goes off into the sunset after leading the Bucs to its 3rd Super Bowl and Bucs promote Liam to HC.

Baker has made alot of OCs wealthy!! Look at the OCs without Bake. Kitchens, Stefanski, Canales. Offenses are definitely under performing.
It is great that Liam Cohen has worked out so well. Unfortunately, like Dave Canalis last year, his success may mean he is up for head coaching jobs as soon as this coming offseason. A team with a young QB like Carolina not performing as expected may try to snap him up. Great for him, not so great for the Bucs.
This offense is SO fun to watch. But Baker needs to stop running 🏃 around like a mad man or he's gonna end up on I.R.

Our offense is this good six games in. Just think where it will be come the post-season (if we have no major injuries). With Kancey and AWJ back our pass D is much improved. Look out, league - The Bucs are coming.

He is good. We were playing the saints..... still think bucky is better though. Tucker had a good preseason and 1 good game against a banged up d. But if he keeps playing like that he will be #1. He plays like a small alstott.
