It's so beautiful to see someone who is following their calling by selflessly helping so many souls to grow and learn to love themselves. You are an angel. 😇

Having PTSD does not define me any longer because I let go of the pain by
seeking Truth. Truth set me free to change the acronym to
Pray. Trust. Surrender. Daily. It is a heart wrenching journey worth the effort; worth the solitude and the soul searching for Truth that lives within us all.
Daily meditation with Truth is essential to embrace/nature the “true self”. Am
no longer going to pine for the approval of others, as the “false”, “fake” self only
hurts the Truth that I’ve found. It truly is
an awesome journey. I wish Truth and Love and Peace for whoever feels all is lost...this is when you possess All.

I was thinking about similar things here fairly recently and I thought to myself that I'm allowing my history and my emotional pain to get in the way of me moving forward; it's like it stops me in my tracks so to speak. Like you said I need to let it go.

I have to tell you, I found your channel just when I needed it the most. On the 5th November I returned to chanting mantras, after a very long break, and for very real reasons - and I chant along with you every day, as well as chanting whilst I'm going about my business. It has rescued me, and I am experiencing some deep, profound, and quite frankly strange internal shifts, right now! Not entirely comfortable in some ways, but fascinating and compelling. I realise that, although I used to chant some years ago, I didn't experience what I have been experiencing recently. I have my black belt grading in kickboxing in less than a week, and I feel ready to face it, mentally, now. That wasn't the reason I started chanting again; suffice to say I was desperate to get out of the way of my own mind - but the impact has been reaching into all corners of my life, supplying many 'aha' moments. I sincerely thank you and wish you well.

I got this mental problem I've always had. It has to do with any kind of little or big task or goal or anything that takes up time - I say to myself, I can't start it; I don't have enough time or I don't have enough time to finish it. So many times I just won't start. I'll let housework go, all kinds of stuff go because I think "I'll never get it done."

I understand. You might try the “let’s see what I can get done in 15 minutes”. Sometimes it works better when you do it to the countdown of a cooking timer, you just go for it before the buzzer sounds!

Thanks Jason. It's interesting that you mentioned bodybuilding. I found you while looking for bodybuilding tips! Didn't realize at that time that there was so much more that I was about to gain. The whole bodybuilding thing now seems to have been just a 'drama' designed to drive me toward something far greater. Thanks for telling me it's ok to let go. I have been carrying the burden of my history far too long.

Im studying counselling psychology at the moment as a spiritual practitioner, I resonated from spiritual pov than psychology pov.
in psychology they want people to unbox their problems, and express. There are several very good modalities which helped to increase the awareness of the patients. So with increased awareness it helped to open up options ie Let go.
Their modalities seemed to suit a lot of people who do not express and harboured a lot of negative thoughts on their own.
But I have seen people spoke about their problems for 20 - 30 years, and they seemingly have “healed” with time. (Ie still harbouring resentment). Expressers do feel better but they haven’t let go 🫠

    Good day Jason,
I enjoy learning mantras from you. You are a good teacher. You inspired me to further my studies in Sanskrit, primal sound, and Mantra. I wanted to know if there is a mantra that you could suggest that I could use that is specific to find ones path, or decipher which path if many are present, is correct one for someone. I am in search of the path of my higher self. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and honored.

Hey Jason. I don’t quite understand how this applies to past events, that cause painful emotions. I have an experience in my past that psychologists would define as a “trauma”. I understand that it dosen’t define me, but the memories pop up, whenever I see my sister (It’s related to her) and it triggers hurtful emotions and I am not quite sure how to let go of that. Are you saying that I should talk more openly about that experience or treat it the same way that I ve learnt to deal with minor dramas? Like, for example if I have an unpleasant interaction with someone I just let go off that. Do you think these “bigger” events should be treated the same way as minor inconveniences? Hope you understand what I am asking here.
    Much love.

How ist it possible to let go of our judgements and critisism?? Really? Ive done a lot of work on that and still its in me. Although ive been told that its not possible to get rid of our ego. Just watch it silently and accept our negative thoughts. Its enough if we dont act upon them. I dont know what to belive anymore. Im confused

being in a physical body isn't in my opinion the source of drama, we might have another kind of physical body after life on another planet but there won't exist drama. the source of drama is a thread of that plane we are on, could be the hell, it depends on how one decides to live his existens over here. yet there are some kind of they get more bombarded then others is true, for instance being diffrent and alone not having a real place you get more bombarded then another who might be diffrent too but has a place he can call home, a relationship and a family and a job or something he does, or just one of does things..it's not the same, so for one it might be easier depending on the situation

It's not about "easy." It's about using your free will to exit whatever suffering your mind is coming up with. IT IS NOT situational. It is the improper use of the mind that causes the cycle of suffering. The physical may experience pain, yes, but the emotional drama is optional.
