Owned by one of the investors/owners of the Titanic! The mansion was built between 1897 and 1900, has over 110 rooms, and boasts some of the most beautiful neoclassical architecture the world has ever seen. It has sat empty and unused since 2013. Who knows what's still inside...

It's heartbreaking that such a beautiful building has been left to decay. I hope that someone will save it, and restore it to it's former glory.

What I find so interesting is how you can see how inspired he was while making the Titanic. You can see the same fireplace and most designs in the Titanic.

It’s heartbreaking to see something so once loved and decorated with care fall so far.
I have always believed buildings hold their history. Your love for old architecture and the stories they hold is infectious. Seeing the beauty in a building, even though it’s decaying, makes me happy that there are still people out there that respect what came before. Thanks for sharing these urban explorations and any history you know of the site, for those of us that it’s getting harder to explore ourselves. I like your ghost hunts too!

How sad, such a beautiful building. The architecture, plaster coving and ceilings all that workmanship can never be replecated unless a restorer could. In the UK we have some mansions that the National Trust look after, it reminds me so much of one of those. Thank you for the video

You guys should come to Cape Town South Africa. we have a voices that echo at Green Point Lighthouse and the sound of a flute that fills the air on Table Mountain and in Groot constantia there is a figure resembling a setlers raoming the gardens and enjoys a dip in the pool, In Rondebosch 1970s a cult performd sinister acts there.

Not to knock Seth and Josh cuz I LOVE their videos, but the Proper People did a very cool 2-part video of this place. They had a lot more historic information as well. Keep going though Seth, I love your videos!!
Regarding the mirror illustration: that is likely recent. Tyler School of Art used to be right around the corner and the students would sneak into Lynnewood Hall all the time. Its very likely that the drawing was done then and signed 1899 as a prank. You can also see the the mirror has slipped down in the frame, obscuring some a portion the illustration. Sorry to burst your bubble - but regardless this sort of "vandalism" nicer to see than a throwup tag!

Come to Van Horn Mansion in Newfane NY I was driving by and saw the little girl in the curtains around midnight once and some ppl say she’ll stand in the road until u stop or are about to hit her then she’ll disappear👀
