    Quite an amazing discussion. However, regarding the power imbalance in negotiation, the reality is not always the same. It is almost never "what I bring to the table", rather how I can "survive". Speaking from Bangladesh, one of the poorest and weakest nations, this kind of is the business norm! Would like to know how to change this scenario?
