It's been long years sinces I watch your video,.
I feel sad you still have few subscribers,. Your the reason why I buy canon 800D,.
Last two years, before I was planning to be a photographer as my living, I don't know what camera should I used,. Then I watch your reviews on 800D, I was confused which camera should I use,. Canon or Sony,.
I'm happy That I chose Canon,. Because of you. Now I have two 800D,. And im already a wedding photographer, and I have my own studio,. Still using both camera,.
I earned so much money,. Using cheap cameras and lenses, and rely on my skill at creativity,. Im giving cheap prices for my wedding clients, that's why I get more than 15+ clients a month,.
But now, I need to upgrade because I'm started to get bigger clients,. I needed a big leap,. And eos rp, and eos r,. Doesn't motivate me before,. And I almost switched to Sony a7iii, but I'm still hoping for canon to release something,.
And here I go again,. After two years,. Planing for upgrade, and now watching you again on your reviews in R6,.

Thanks for the vid, I wonder if there is a way to have your camera and your smartphone hook together automatically so that whenever they are together the camera gets GPS data.

Hi, when you download through the app, does it reduce quality? Even for videos? does it have download size limit like only less than 100mb to be able to download

Hi, what can I do outside of the house if I haven't got wifi only mobile net and hotspot? I wasn't able to connect my R6 through the hotspot!

Okay, I can connect it easily but when I take photos, it said "Captured Failed"! This suddenly happened. Please advise what to do?
great explanation of this was looking to see if there was a better way to connect to the app lol. the canon app is by far the worst part of owning a canon camera. God forbid they make it easy and reliable to geotag pictures using your phones gps. never stays connected
Can the R5 auto connect to a network by just powering it on with the WIFI settings active? The 5D Mark 4 used to do it, especially nice after a battery change having it just reconnect on its own.
@donnawetter1513 That would be exactly what I am looking for. Did you manage to figure out how this works for the R5?
@@listigerlurch4340 I set it up to connect to a local FTP server, if the wifi profile is active it will automatically connect and reconnect and resume transfer of not transfered or new images. Speed is even good enough to do raw comfortably, at least if you don't burst at the highest frame rate.
@@donnawetter1513 Thanks for the quick reply and for the information. Unfortunately just transferring the images from the camera to the host is not enough for me, I want to remote control the camera over wifi. It's really a pain in the ass that I need to reconnect manually when the battery is done.
@@listigerlurch4340 Ah ok, I switched to FTP, probably because it did not work with EOS Utility. But this solution is fine for me, so I did not bother with it anymore and I don't know if it would work now.

@@Behemoth762 Try testing it when you are outside. my guess is your home 2.4ghz wifi in your home is causing interference
Is there a timer? If so, where/what mode?
this is a nightmare. The search for access points does not end. Its been searching forever and has not stopped. the only way its stopped is when i switch out of manual mode. GET YOR SHIT TOGETHER CANON!
You forgot to mention that every time you leave the app to edit in photos you lose the WiFi connection and have to go through the whole reconnect process again. In some applications the app is good, in others its a nightmare.
do you know if there's some workaround for that issue? I find it really annoying
