GBO2 Full Armor Gundam Type B: Best firepower at 650 cost!

- This video contains two recent matches I had with the LV4 FA Gundam Type B on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 500-650 cost support with a guided heavy stagger missile, a beam rifle with amazing DPS and no cooldown time, an instant stagger cannon with huge splash and a missile launcher with absurd damage potential. Its major weakness is that it suffers from cripplingly poor mobility which makes positioning and keeping up with the team much harder. I recently got this suit from my pulls and decided to see how it plays with overtune parts, I was surprised by the damage output it offers, it feels higher than what even the stronger 650 cost supports get. The primary weapon of the FA Type B is a triple beam rifle with 1050x3 power, 1.5 seconds cooldown, 20%x3 heat, 15 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap, 465m range and 20% stagger value. When you hold down the trigger it will fire 3 shots in a row then go on cooldown, but you can bypass this and fire as many as you want by tap firing. This way you can easily do huge damage against generals after a stun. It also has the stagger value to break MA in combination with your cannon.
Its primary melee weapon is an arm beam saber with 2070 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap and normal modifiers. This has a long reaching stab downswing and fast swap time, but it is hard to confirm melee from your stop to fire weapons and without balancers. It is fully confirmed even against suits with a dodge roll if you land your heavy stagger first.
Its first sub weapon is a back mounted cannon with 2200 power, 8 ammo, 4 seconds cooldown, 13 seconds reload, 2 seconds swap time, 500m range and 80% stagger value. This stops to fire, but it benefits from short cooldown time and huge splash radius, it also instant staggers.
Its second sub weapon is a shoulder missile launcher with 275 power, 20 ammo, 570 RPM, 13 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 400m range, 2613 DPS and 10% stagger value. This has ridiculous damage output on paper but the velocity is too low to be confirmed off a cannon stun. Your heavy stun missile can confirm all 20 small missiles, or you can wait for an ally to set you up.
Its third sub weapon is a large missile launcher with 4000 power, 2 ammo, 6 seconds cooldown, 25 seconds reload, 1.5 seconds swap time and 500m range. This missile has somewhat low velocity, but makes up for it with huge splash radius and a guidance function. It also heavy staggers, which makes it useful to focus down generals or as a self defence tool vs raids.
Its fourth sub weapon is a chest missile launcher with 186 power, 6 ammo, 17 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 400m range and 50% stagger value. On paper this is a good self defence tool, it only takes two hits to stagger with. But it can be somewhat of a gamble because it suffers from awful spread.
The LV4 FA Type B has 22000 HP, 29 ballistic/beam resist and 14 melee resist. It is relatively durable when it comes to shooting battles considering its high HP and resistances, but rather fragile in melee range. This isn't too much of an issue considering how good you are at walling out enemies, but it certainly isn't great when considering your slow mobility.
It also has 100 walking speed, 170 boosting speed, 40 thrust and 57 turning speed. This is poor mobility for 500 cost, even worse at 650 cost where suits become much faster. This means that you have to be very careful with what maps you play this suit on, any map where you need to constantly reposition will not be viable for the FA Type B LV4.
In conclusion, I feel like the Full Armor Gundam Type B is extremely powerful in the right situations. It has the obvious weakness of poor mobility, but regardless of MS level it can bombard the enemy team with incredible damage, heavy staggers, normal staggers and accumulation staggers en masse. Left mostly undisturbed, I don't think that any support holds a candle to its ranged output. Just be careful with the map you choose to play it on, otherwise you could end up getting farmed because of your poor mobility. Thanks for watching and I hope that you enjoyed it!

I see I have inspired you. The GOAT FA Type B is so peak. Love playing this suit, just need to get Frame A and or Overtune Ranged and I'll be balling on the LV4.
The DPS output on this suit is unmatched cost, but it is cripplingly slow with negative thrust so it requires a team to play around it, but when they do it eats through generals like no other support.
i shall play the nsv level 4 and hunt all fa type b lvl4 to stop the fakers

While not always the case all of the support full armor gundams perform really well! Nice to see them getting love from a prominent player

Might honestly be one of the least fair suits in the game, though. What a monstrous suit - one of the best picks at 4 costs.
I remember when the buff first came and people started using the LV3 version to great effect. I like how some suits can be truly viable at all levels.
Love the idea of bringing 1 year war suits out of it Era and they do fantastic because in they so much defenses where built against beam weapons and 1 Year wars suits usually only had 1 beam weapon and the rest is straight up gunpowder like the Guncannon Type B

Some of the music is from games I have played before, but I often look for music from games I haven't played that would sound decent enough in the background. There are fortunately many playlists on UA-cam compiling these.

I was just about to think like wait I thought this was 500 cost but I guess overtune parts go pretty crazy. It's weird how both Pixy and this one excel at such high costs when usually a level beyond 1 kills a suits viability.
The only downside to this suit is that if you are on arctic-base or another flankable map, you have to pray to god your teammates take care of the raids so they dont circle behind you
IDK but If your interested Full Armour Striker Is still viable so check if you wanna try it some time? Recent GBO2 stuff made me checkxwhich ones can do
I like it but I am waiting for a buff, maybe it if got faster swap times and lv2 melee combo controller in demon blade mode.
@avenger1_gbo260 I can see however I am a unique Random Type which doesn't use those modes sometimes. I even didn't use that somehow when I tried it.

it is a good support, but at 650 i dont wanna play support, shezar stealth rat going straight for support even in the middle of formation. i always pick geara dogga or silver ullet when forced to pick support, or else it will be raid and general type
