Yes, you have! If Statens Vegvesen (Norwegian Public Roads Administration) have a seatbelt control, the passenger can be fined by not wearing it. In our MAN buses, in most places we have a three point seatbelt system, meanwhile only few seats have a two point system, for some reason.

@@HuugRoosjen Two point system are pretty tight, the passenger have a little bit more space with the three point system, they are a little bit longer. We have exactly the same problem here, the law says that the passenger has to wear it, but almost no one wears them, it is what it is.
