My biggest dream is to visit Prague around Christmas time. I’m from NY where we do Christmas pretty big every year and it’s a more glamorous, luxurious, with a hint of traditional for our Christmas but I’ve always wanted to visited Eastern Europe for the holidays. I think because Europe in general is so old and the architecture was built way before America became “America”, or at last before is was “discovered” that it gives off this medieval, fairytale vibe. The architecture of the castles in particular especially when they’re decorated for Christmas like the Prague castle or even the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg Russia….it all gives off such classical, medieval, fairytale but royalty vibes. In a way it’s like the Disney Princesses but more elegant and grand.
@@Speightsworldmy information was that the funicular was out of service. Maybe there are 2 different funicular. Where on the city can I take that one that is working? I am going to be there in December 4th. Thanks in advance
Hi, nice vlog, but you might check your information - the first pub is Lokal, not U Medvidku, and the river that flows through Prague is Vltava, not Danube (thats the river that flows though Vienna or Bratislava, far from Prague).

I believe there is only one funicular up Petrin park’s hill. Looks like it is closed now until 2026. :(

The snow puffer jacket? It’s Marc Anthony brand in the color Beige. I have it under “Favorite Travel Clothes” in my storefront (in video bio). :)
