Did you hear her say she's 28 years old, with a career? I would hope she's been making her own decisions for many years by now. Only conflict, mom's holding purse strings for the wedding.
Lol and what if she doesn't get engaged. I'm 33 and still not married yet
“I think it will ruin the day if she’s not wearing the dress I like” EXCUSE ME YOU HAD YOUR WEDDING YOUR DAYS DONE!! If she likes the dress let her have it like you’re not wearing it and she looks gorgeous!!!
The flowers and leaves in the first dress will go with the theme and setting in the enchanted forest. She looks great in all the dresses. She can pull off anything.
Wow, the dress, the veil, the choker.....perfection.
idk if people still watch these videos: but knowing what you want DOESN'T make u a diva. i hope every woman regardless of whether they plan on getting married knows this. knowing what u want and going for it prioritises your happiness, and u deserve it
I hope this bride always holds her own with her mother. She's got a long way to go - where she and her husband plan to live, her future children/her mother's grandchildren, holidays with or without family etc, etc. I hope Cassie continues to be nice to her mother but always politely but firmly tells her mom, that she can make her own decisions for herself and her own family.
Eliz White someone put a link to her wedding and she wore a different fishtail , no choker and a plain veil that was behind and you could hardly see it. He horrible mother won. So sad.
You know it!! Been there, done that. She needs to take the reins in her and her husbands life now or it will only get much worse.
@@valerieosborne She might have got her way by pressure, but in the end this lass looked stunning, even if the dress wasn't as lovely as the ones she liked.
Lord, please help me not turn into one those mothers who tries to control everything in my daughter's wedding. Please help me to support all her choices instead of steamrolling over them.
Amen
Well, ,she ended up with a fishtail in the end and no choker, lol, instagram.com/p/BVKZKjSBGYL/?
@@ceramicvases tfs. I am sad about that. She could have found a Sterling Silver heart and had a velvet necklace made for it. I believe to he wedding should be by about the couple not the parents. I don't like to make assumptions but there are so many red flags here. Bi hope she has a brave husband to take her away from her mother and support and love her so she can be the best version of herself.
Amen
That mother is living vicariously through her daughter. She sees her as an extension of herself when she was younger.
Any one of those 3 dresses looked amazing on her, but yes the last one, with the Vail & the choker was absolutely beautiful. Stunning in fact, just like a bride should look. Congratulations
She’s not the moms Barbie doll, the bride is her own person. And it’s the BRIDES day. The first one went perfectly with the theme
She is the most beautiful bride I have ever seen in 54 years of my life.
You can tell the bride is just as beautiful in the inside as she is on the outside. Her choice of dress was perfect!
the mum called her daughter a "Diva"
really, the Bride comes across as totally normal, happy and excited. it's her mum who's demanding one in all of this, also all her dresses look amazing, on her, and I love her attitude, and knows what she wants. but she doesn't;t need to convince her mother of anything, it's her wedding and her dress. but the third dress, was all her

Right? I think she thinks diva means people who don’t agree with her.
That dress was so hard used! I thought the button detail up the back was a mistake too. No need for that it just accented the cheap workmanship.
This mother is the reason I went by myself to find a wedding dress.
The 1st on her was Everything! And honestly she has such a barbie pretty face!
Wedding dress: $3k. Choker: $20. Level of family drama: 9/10.

Hate the choker. It simply cheapened the dress.
@@aveaillium8754 like at least get a nice choker if you really want one 😭
Never bring mothers in buying wedding dress.
Love how a woman who knows what she wants is a “diva”. If it was a man nobody would make any remarks
Exactly! They would say “he knows what he wants” or “very focused”!!!!

She looked stunning. That combination gave me tons of ideas for my own wedding! I wish I could see her wedding photos.
She’s absolutely stunning! What a beautiful young lady!
It really bothers me when moms say that a dress is not their style or they don’t like it all but like it’s not for her??? I understand considered your moms opinion but mothers need to understand sometimes sheesh.. anyway love the first dress!! Absolutely stunning
ua-cam.com/video/lGlD4d8obpo/v-deo.html
Let's be honest I really wanted her to stick with the first one ,it was so beautiful on her..
Yes I also loved the first one.
Me too, it was so unique
THIS!! It fit perfectly with the venue they showed. Too bad she was not independent enough to just go dress shopping with her sister and MOH, or not independent enough to say to her mother that she was only along for the ride and was not the rider.
The bride in the first dress was beautiful, but the dress she picked is very enchanted.
Well,, she ended up with a fishtail in the end and no choker, lol, instagram.com/p/BVKZKjSBGYL/?
@@ceramicvases so she caved in after all, poor dear. I mean, she looked great, but she'd look great in a potato sack. That aside, I like how the bridesmaids could get different styles of dresses but in the same color. :-)
No, mom, the bride doesn't have to convince you. She only has to choose what she likes. Period.
“I think it will ruin the day if she's not wearing the dress that I like”
Don't even know what to say...That's far beyond self centered. How dare you to ruin your daughters wedding because you have a different taste? That's actually the worst sentence I've ever heard in this show.
"I think it will ruin the day, if she's not wearing the dress that I like" Jesus... I usually don't comment on these videos but this just got my blood boiling.
I agree. What the hell? Shes had her day.

6:57 she said “I am really happy” like a queen 👑
The mother is a class A witch. She called her daughter a diva - the daughter is not the diva but the mother definitely is one.
I always think the mother had her wedding day and her choice of dress. It's her daughter's turn. I was kind of hoping Mom wouldn't like anything and the bride would put her foot down. Don't know why her Mom changed her mind but the important thing she did change her mind. I wish the bride and groom all the love and happiness in the future.
Ohhh, I loved the first one! The strapless and the shape, she seemed more comfortable int it too.. :(
It was unique, too.
What's different about atlanta and Britain is that Atlanta dont mind budgets. They have the most gorgeous dresses with low prices. Therefore brides with low budgets can feel amazing and get the dress of their dreams
The other difference is that the American salons are still pushing those ugly strapless gowns, while other salons around the world have stunning dresses with straps or sleeves that are so much more beautiful and bride-like.
@@lauragriffin6512 They show strapless on all the versions.
@@samantha6564 True, but strapless is far less common in other countries. You still see them once in awhile, unlike the American show gowns that are 90% strapless.
@@lauragriffin6512 I think most of the videos of syttd atlanta dated back to early 2010s that's why some of the dress look out of style these days

@@ceramicvases wow I feel lied to lol. Well now I’m wondering why she went with her mothers choice. This is the second bride I know of that goes to this shop , says yes and ends up with a totally different gown on the actual wedding day
@@washurhands5079 it happens a lot, that's why I usually look them up and post what they actually wore, if I can find it. All of them were GORGEOUS!!! And she looked magnificent in them all😄
The second one, though, was my favorite….
It looked perfect on her (they all did), but the beading on the top was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!! I’ve never seen a pattern like that!
I’m sure her wedding was absolutely gorgeous…. She really looked beautiful 😄😄
That choker absolutely Made the look. I loved everything in this episode.
She looks stunning in her dress choice and the choker and veil just put the icing on the cake.
I personally loved the first dress the best! It suited the venue and the theme better!
Just an update.. she didn't end up wearing this dress to her wedding and actually wore a mermaid style .. she looked beautiful!
So mother got her way in the end. What a shame. The bride looked gorgeous in her chosen dress.
What, why?? How come that happened?

She looks amazing. As mother we have to make our daughters happy. Our children happiness is our focus.
Every time I see an episode of one of these bridal shows where the mother is absolutely against the daughter I'm horrified. My mother was 100% supportive about my vision when I was shopping for my gown. As a gift to me, my mother paid for my dress (she also has promised my sister the same gift when her day comes) and there was never a moment when she told me "I'm paying so I'm choosing." I tried on a couple dresses that she didn't necessarily like but she was kind and honest, and never tore me down. My gown was my choice and she was very supportive. Makes me realize just how awesome my mumma is.
The sad thing is the daughter shouldn't have to convince her mom. The mom should be looking for what makes her daughter the happiest.
Mothers who are selfish, shouldn’t be mothers.
