I always tend to disregard evade skills because I want my characters to be as proactive and niche as possible, but this is always funny to see happen, especially when the boss basically gets no turns to be threatening because you dodge the elemental attack
Nah, it wasn't just luck. Evade skills really are amazing. I once fought the secret boss in NG+ and it's a super long fight. Took like 40~ minutes. She uses all elements, and Teddie with his evade skill didn't get hit with Elec once the entire fight.
I feel like that would be long to list. If you talking about the context in this video, then everyone have an evade skills relative to their weaknesses.

I think the "evade" skills are an about 25% increase to evasion of the respective skill + whatever the speed and luck stats would do natrually
