My biggest problem was the 30 min time limit. Normally Turn-Based games allow for you to thrink through a strat before executing, and not only can you not do that but you can't read the dialog if you want as much time as possible. Especially for new players I think the stress of the timer and the rules of the fight being somewhat confusing making it basically require 2-5 attempts before learning exactly what you need to do.
I think that the boss fight is considerably a lot easier in merciless mode. I even won the yellow robot boss fight in two moves by using Yusuke. I think the triple technical and weakness damage just make it a lot easier to kill the robots especially when you use your one more attack to hit them again
Okumura's palace isn't that bad but I will always have distaste for it. The palace for me has always been the part I'm least looking forward to in a playthrough, most of the time its just a slog to get through cause I'm impatient. But that's just the palace, the conflict with Ryuji and Morgana is just pure shit and I hated it then and I hate it now(It's not really that bad)
I wish they’d made something to make it more obvious that the fight is a loop. My first time playing Okumura’s robots I quit the game like 6 times but kept playing bc I couldn’t let it go😂💀💀
still think it's the least good dungeon in the game personally, Idk maybe Kamoshida ranks lower than it for me just because of how fucking boring it is
Both the beginning of this palace and the end of Shido Palace both have shit scenes. What do they have in common? Shitting on Ryuji for no fucking reason. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!
Oh strange that you didn't mention that Morgana stole the show from Haru, and that didn't help since no one liked how it started, and then how it ended (at least story wise)
persona 5 royal story is pure garbage when comapred to persona 4 golden or even that of persona 3 reload. however visual wise, its the best. even surpassing the newest persona 3 reload.
People that struggled against okumura weren't paying attention to Baton pass and exploiting weaknesses

okumura arc is where haru joins so its a 10/10 for me

I had to switch to merciless in order to beat him😭

Just the weakest when it comes to character since haru was found by someone else and not the main character, and morgona just said I'm out

for me it's not that bad except the stupid "defeat all at once" gimmick atlus give to it
