Loved the nautilus but my faves were bonnets, wentaltrap and drupe! The shell piles amaze me. I could spend hours in one place for micros! Thanks for taking us along!

Lovely Wentletrap, I have a very small jar of them after 30 years of shelling. The Pink shell at 13:10 is a type of clam, not scallop, you are mixing up your bivalves 😊 Thanks for taking me along!
Shells looked plentiful this day. Good call on the wet suit. Can definitely feel the seasons changing here in Australia this past week. So many great finds yet again. Whew those swells were pretty intense. Fave finds? All of them. 🐚🐚🐚
Wow! The waves were crazy today! I'm glad you had your wet suit to keep you warm! Do you find different things in the winter months? 🤔 Lots of great finds today! Love the wentletrap!
Nice finds!! The wentletraps are beautiful!! Even the broken shells were beautiful! Because I don't have the opportunity to go shelling, I'd keep every single one lol. The ocean is full of such amazing things, I could be there all day and not be tired!
Yes I would def still keep the bonnet with a hole - shells like that I put in a bowl with other shells around so you don’t see the holes 🐚🐚🐚 Great finds again today 👍
I actually didn't know the drupes over your ways were so different. It's cool seeing what your beach gives you. I've been watching Japan for so long I really enjoy seeing the Pacific versions of the shells
That's a Nautilus macromphalus. You can tell by the open umbilicus. They are only known from deep water around New Caledonia. That shell was floating in the open ocean for months or longer. Nautilus shells have been found as far as the coast of east Africa. Those shells would have come from as near as Indonesia which is a journey across the Indian Ocean. Nice find! Good on yah mate from America.
AMAZING! It's so hard to pick a favorite find! they were all so epic! That nautilus piece was super incredible! All that sea foam looks like it would make a very relaxing bubble bath! Lol. 🤩🤩🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wentletraps are fascinating! That foam in big deep heaps surprised me. I enjoy seeing the sights. Thank you!
The nautilus was super cool. Seeing them swim in documentaries, one of the stranger but most beautiful creatures in the ocean.

Wow! I wouldn’t care if it was in bad shape, I’d keep the nautilus shell.
Sea foam, nasty? 🤔
Nah. I’d take that over pollutants any day. 🌊Btw, that pink scallop😘
The inside colors on that drupe are great.
Keep the bonnet! It’s better than any I’ve found in Texas!,

So.colorfull moon snails today. I have a good feeling. Ha e a wonderful day! 😁
The sea foam is good. Seeing the foam means the biology of the ocean is good. 🐡🦑🦐🦀
I'd love to find my own wentletrap... congrats!
10:54 no you got it out :( , it went up instead of down
I saw a brown and white Drupe was he still alive or a broken piece? Is that why you didn't scoop him up? Nice finds! 🎉 💜🐢
