I own a marketing agency as well but wow he makes 5M in revenue but only keeps 3% ? I think something is really wrong here. The costs that I have with my employees are much more less. If I were to make 5M yearly I would be able to keep around +/-3,75M. He needs to change the way he works with his business. So much money losing on the table.
