How to adjust preload springs on BMW C400X GT

Thanks for the video. My GT400 rides smoothly with one person but when there is a passenger (60kg) sometimes I feel a little friction. Any suggestion?

if you adjust the shock to 1 or 0, does it make the seat height lower?

Seat still same height but shock up strength is differences.
