Having been looking to buying one of these, thank you for your objective review. However, it would have been much better if you had included demonstrations of the other functions besides just toast so, in reality, I am not a lot more informed than if it were an ordinary toaster. Thank you, at least, for pointing out a couple of, (in my opinion), quite major design flaws, i.e. Irremoveable crumb tray and, unbelievably, not able to fit in two normal slices of everyday bread for ordinary toasting! Really Ninja? I hope you are make a note of this because it will be a major flaw that many will not be able to forfeit.
Think it needs work really, agree with you that it’s no where near long enough to fit two decent sizes of bread in. Crumb tray not being removable is just daft too. Really good honest review though

i was going to get this and the kettle when it was on sale for £149 it was out of stock till the sale ended then 3 days later its back in stock glad i didnt get it now

The bread crumb tray is detachable; you just have to lever the tray up and down, and then it will free itself.
It would have been a better video if we could have seen the panini/grill mode in action

Just put the damn pieces on their side and they are Not standard slices.
They fitted fine, bread is soft and squishable 😂
When you showed the inside. Those are the same type of heating elements that my Bosch styline toaster has.

Crumb try does in fact come out.
Bread is soft. You can easily fit two slices of bread in it. As in fact he demonstrated.
