I’ve seen tons get the snot beat out of them by USPS, FedEx and UPS. Your products are built tough and the packaging is above standard grade. That pedal looks like it feel off the truck and then the truck backed into it just to be cruel. RIP Texan Toast

I once shipped a mexican telecaster (ive shipped 100s of guitars so it was suitably packed) and somehow the guitar arrived not just dented but split in 2 vertically. Still no idea how the courier trashed it that bad!

Yeah...carriers don't give a good "F", they probably ran over it with a forklift, truck, or played Football with it while on break. Good on you for great customer service. 🙏❤🙏

I worked for a major courier…….they enjoy doing damage, it’s ridiculous…they hate their jobs, and the boxes suffer…..ppl have absolutely no idea…..someone has jumped and jumped and jumped on…
