It is my wish the inmates will take care of him getting out early. In the states he’d have been taken care of already in our prison system.
I wish we had the same over here sometimes. Cases like this call for it.
He’ll get it when he runs out of money because he pays a lot to stay alive (I’ve heard he pays a £1000a week to be left alone).
He was kidnapped and held at knife point and had the shit kicked out of him fairly recently I'm sure? Now he pays a LOT of money to stop that happening, but music money can run out lol
@@darcystcorner2580 I would have imagine he’s ran out of money now hence why he couldn’t pay his spice debt so now he’s no good to no one. Now he’s going to be in for a difficult time.
@@smith2781he still has plenty that is why he is paying some Liverpool people apparently, considerable sums for protection. This is partly due to him needing use of mobile phones which they have, to access and move money about. He apparently paid £1000 for the USE of a phone. He was then allegedly caught with the phone and then had to pay another £5000 for having lost the phone. I hear he is paying around 1 to 3 grand a week so nobody "does" him in again.
His mugshot has that horrible similarity to Ian Brady it makes my blood run cold. The woman writing to him need to be looked into, they're mentally disturbed.
He targeted infants. That should be a full life term. No parole.

One of the young mothers who wrote to him got her kid taken into care when they found out about their letters, I doubt he’ll be granted his parole anytime soon especially with him not even behaving in prison or showing any remorse…my mum works at the prison he’s at
He should never be let out. He’s a threat to humanity. It’s not about punishment, it’s about keeping the public safe.

First, he’s despicable. Second, he’s continued grooming women, taking drugs, hiding cell phones. 3 women have lost their children over him. I hope they don’t parole him. I really doubt he'll get parole. The outrage would MASSIVE
They won't grant parole because they know there will be a bounty on his head. He hasn't got 35 years, it is 29 so he is getting out in 2053 or thereabouts unless they still deem him too dangerous. A high profile case like this can be deemed too high risk so they do not have to let him out at all actually. By high risk i mean both ways, not only because he will likely re-offend and have multiple opportunities to do so because of this female fanbase but also for his own protection because there will be a paid hit on him awaiting his exit.

I actually had mates that tour with the LP's, I can't remember the name of their band. But they used to dub them the lazyprophets!! I still think not a lot of people really give Joanne Mjadzelics, her credit. It's almost Alan Bates Post office level. Cause not only did the Police label her a nuisance, they even end-up charging her as well.
The women writing letters to him I don't understand, some kind of fantasy? And they have kids as well wtf.

At Christmas time me and my wife watched an advert that our son was in 18 years ago. It had had Ian Watkins in it too. We forgot that he was in it. Luckily my son never met him as they filmed in different locations on different days.

@@MTNReacts Yeah we were certainly shocked when we see it. Like I said we had forgot he was in it. It was an advert that was shown in a cinema not on tv so it was a couple of minutes long instead of a couple of seconds like a tv advert. My son had no clue who he was. My wife said just googled him. He was pretty shocked when he found out.

It’s the victims we should be putting our energy into and making sure they are helped to try and live their lives in the best possible way. The more we mention that things name the more we add to his infamy.
On a final note I do however totally agree with everything that the podcast host said . I share his views completely.
RIP The 3 little girls who were murdered in Southport, but more importantly I Just want to say to their families that we are all with you in feeling your pain. ❤
He won’t get parole at 50% with that length of sentence he’ll have to do 2 3rds of the sentence and even then may get refused parole

He actually got 29 years imprisonment and because it was a sexual offence he would have to do 2 thirds and not half so he can apply for parole in 2031 and from experience he won't be out in 2031 parole board always knocks you back

What book does this info come from, I often follow how awful his life is. I wasn't a huge fan of the band but I was proud of them because they are the same age as me and gre up 10 miles away. He is an absolute monster. I have enjoyed watching your video BTW x

Tbf i would never have considered the lost prophets as "huge" mediocre is the best I'd have put them at at the time.
With the way the world is now, how easy information is just ''out there'' freely, IF he comes out early, he will be hurt or worse.
Now if he is, then he deserves it.... But as crazy as this sounds, he's safer in prison, because he has some sort of controlled environment.
Outside, it will quite literally be fair game.... And i would imagine, even with protective custody people will get too him.
So he gets stabbed cause he owes a debt? Not of what he did……
I find it totally weird how women send letters to men like these. There are so many good and caring men out there, yet they choose to communicate with monsters like these? There must be some psychological reason why women do this, but it’s something beyond my comprehension.

No he wont i done thirteen years and anything over ten years you have to serve 2 thirds.35 year sentence witch is 23 years so he got 9 or ten yeas left stop the cap 🧢
Ive been unfortunate enough to have a spell in the slammer, and not once, never ever did i see a bog brush in any of the cells.
They had them in HMP Norwich.. Cheap blue holder and white brush.. not every cell, but there was plenty there

Bit annoying that they would be "fine" as you say with someone who has murdered an entire family (of adults) but when it comes to kids, are we as adults that worthless then? Surely a murderer like that should also get a hard time, not that I condone that anyway.

After Watkins came under investigation - and knew he was being investigated - he continued to plan further crimes. In short, he wanted to ‘progress’ to babies. He wrote to a (female) co-conspirator / offender about this desire in the hope she could enable / facilitate it for him. He really is the Ian Brady of the modern generation.
I always hoped he would get the torch battery treatment in prison, but am worried it isn’t happening. Why not?
At 31 I find it crazy I had his poster on my wall crushing hard as a 13yr old, so sick

Was never a fan but obviously followed the case and the details are obscene to say the least. Unreal that he could be out in the not too distant future. Presumably he made enough money through his music that he can leave prison and go and live comfortably somewhere. Awful.

He got a min recommendation he cant get parole anything over 8 or 9 years you do 3 1/4 of the swntence he got min rec of 35 yrs he has to do 35 yrs before he can get parole
Before this all came out i loved the prophets and I even looked up to the guy (being a singer in a band myself.) I find it a bit dirty even listening to their music now these days although it's not the other band members fault so it's a real difficult one. But what he did, he deserves everything that comes to him. Scum of the earth, truly sickening. I hope he serves his full term, he should not be let out a second sooner.
I understand he is entitled to parole, but I don't think he should be released, he is a danger to children everywhere. The women who write to him are sad and lonely. I do believe in the EHRC as it is necessary for the rest of us.

@@jennybyford8071 unfortunately it was Mr Sharpened Toilet Brush that wrote most of them. The band do get a percentage I believe but the majority is owed to him as he legally owns the right to the lyrics.
