In this episode of the Talking Locs with Locitude podcast, we are joined by Dr. Shakirat Gold - Olufadi, a physician, dermatologist and genitourinary medicine specialist practicing at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria. Shakirat is also a writer, published author (Medi Thrive) and health advocate on social media.
The doctor gives us an in-depth medical overview of the role of dermatology with regards to hair care and helps us determine when it is necessary to seek medical care with regards to hair and scalp issues.
