I’m 5”2 and I love the ysl wallet on chain bag, because I can actually wear it cross body and the length is perfect for me. unlike most bags I struggle with the the strap being too long, even if worn cross body .

There are two versions of the YSL woc. This one is more expensive and there’s another version that stands up by itself due to a flat bottom and it has a leather break on the chain. It’s less expensive than this version and the set up inside is different.

They are all super cute. I own the YSL one. I love it too. When I see Chanel I always get so happy. I will definitely add some pops of colors to my collection from Chanel. I love last season’s pink and the blue is gorgeous too. I think I love the pink since it’s more neutral to me and I could combine that a bit better with my wardrobe. Oh I just love your collection ❤️
I have the same pink Chanel WOC and after using it a handful of times, the leather already shows wear and tear. I took it to Chanel and unfortunately because the leather itself was affected, they wouldn’t help restore or fix the bag which was a huge bummer. I also own a black caviar Chanel WOC and I’ve used it almost daily for 3 years and there is barely ANY wear and tear! I LOVE Chanel’s caviar leather for how durable it is. I just want to say how much I LOVE your channel, thank you for sharing your gorgeous collection with us! 🥰❤️
Have you ever tried using the strap from the others and attatch it to the YSL so you can like length better? I feel like I would do that, the chains don’t seem that different I feel like you would get away with it and wear it the length you like!
The card slots... that's one of the reasons I want one. In Canada, not sure about the UK, we collect a lot of rewards/membership cards, if we don't put them on our phones. I use WOCs on a daily basis as I don't like large totes, so a WOC with lots of card slots is a godsend!
Love watching your comparison videos~~~ It's so informative for viewers/prospect buyers. With that being said, I love love love my Chanel 2.55 WOC, it's one of the best choices I've made. I bought a lambskin limited edition one few years back, but I was so afraid to use it, plus the color was not as versatile as I thought, made me sold it couple months later. I got the Chanel square mini few months after, but since I'm on the curvy side, I just don't like how it sits on me crossbody, and I'm not exactly a shoulder bag kinda girl. So I got my Chanel 2.55 WOC, dreamt of the perfect combination not knowing if it existed, and voila, I even got it on Paris. I loved it ever since. I love how functional it is, few of the things I liked about it include: 1) the lovely mademoiselle chain 2) the back mona lisa pocket 3) the secret compartment/pocket that stretches all the way down the bottom of the bag. Major con is definitely the pricing. If I were to get a second WOC, I think I would either get another Chanel WOC in caviar or Gucci. But if I only needed one, I think I am pretty satisfied with my Chanel 2.55 WOC. Even though YSL has been in my radar in ages, but I think there's a reason I never took the plunge. Maybe, just maybe it's not for me, ha.
I had my eye on the Gucci pink WOC too, but ever since I saw the YSL WOC in your video last year, I fell in love with that color and they discontinued it (different shades of pink or nude available only)!!! Then last month, because I wanted to get the YSL card holder, my friend said let's go to store and check it out. We saw the card holder in this pink with gold hardware, so my friend asked if they have the same combination in the WOC. They first found the one with silver hardware, then they found the exact same pink with gold hardware!!!!!! The SA said they only have one in store and rarely get this combination. I immediately bought it, hahaha. Sorry for the long comment, but I absolutely love this shade of pink with the gold hardware soooooo much!!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗It is just gorgeous! Thanks Amie! I think I read somewhere that Gucci hollowed out some of their chains for the shoulders of little old ladies like me. Maybe it's a design issue and not a quality one. Anyone else know?

I have the YSL woc, and if you wear it crossbody - it sits on the level of my waist, which I prefer better than when some other bags bang against my hip.

I really wanted to love the Chanel WOC but it just seemed ok to me. I have my eyes on the YSL after seeing you talk about it, also chevron is more unique to my collection after owning two Chanel minis
What I really cannot understand is why the YSL woc has so many card slots. It actually bothers me a bit because I don't like seeing so many unused slots. And no one would ever need to carry more than 8 cards. I personally only carry 1 or 2 credit cards, a drivers license, and maybe a few point cards if I know I will need them at max. Most times I just carry 1 credit card 1 ID and some cash.
I really love channel ones, it’s a shame that YSL cannot be won cross body as It’s so roomy. I would be crying if it was burned but oh well. I think you may be able to get it fixed? Thank you for the detailed video as always 💕💕😘

You are right, I don't use it for day time much either. I don't have the Chanel woc, but the long chain length has always deterred me from getting it (I'm only 5'1")! I love the colors on all the WOC, esp YSL. They no longer have that color at the store. YSL WOC strap is adjustable! It's just very tight. You have to remove the strap from the inside.

The Chanel WOC has become a fast favourite for me. On the weekend I’m ready to go and during the week I use a tote for the extras. The length is also a plus as I’m curvy and it falls beautifully cross body. I find a lot of their bags are to short personally.
I tried the WOC on this week prior to hopefully purchase it when passing through Heathrow. I needed to try it on as I was worried the chain would be to short crossbody for me to. It was perfect. I had tried the Gucci soho on ages ago and it just wasn’t long enough cross body- I was gutted!xx
Noticed the cc is larger on your pink Chanel woc. Is that unique to the pink irrodescent only? As I actually prefer that cc size I feel the smaller cc is not proportionate to the woc size.
Possibly a very stupid question... Do any of your purses have the large magnetic snap? If so, how do you open it so that the leather around it doesn't stretch or tear? Is this also an issue with these smaller snaps that you have on these bags? Thanks, great videos!

Healthylifestyle I would get the black one. It’s more versatile. But I would say be careful because I have one and the chain is wearing away as well as the GG in the front. If you can save for a Chanel, do.
I got a bit horrified with the burn mark on the ysl woc, it's one of my favorite bags of yours honestly so my heart broke a little. Hope you'll have it repaired/ repainted soon

You can always buy a longer chain from Mautto.com since the chain is removable.

Hi Amie, may I know the colour of the YSL woc? People said it’s a pink shade. I asked you this because in another clip of yours, the woc looks a bit whiter than it appears in this clip.
The Chanel WOC has become a fast favourite for me. On the weekend I’m ready to go and during the week I use a tote for the extras. The length is also a plus as I’m curvy and it falls beautifully cross body. I find a lot of their bags are to short personally.
Honestly it's absolutely won me around this time too! I find myself reaching for it more and more - it's so comfy and easy to wear!
I tried the WOC on this week prior to hopefully purchase it when passing through Heathrow. I needed to try it on as I was worried the chain would be to short crossbody for me to. It was perfect. I had tried the Gucci soho on ages ago and it just wasn’t long enough cross body- I was gutted!xx
Noticed the cc is larger on your pink Chanel woc. Is that unique to the pink irrodescent only? As I actually prefer that cc size I feel the smaller cc is not proportionate to the woc size.
Possibly a very stupid question... Do any of your purses have the large magnetic snap? If so, how do you open it so that the leather around it doesn't stretch or tear? Is this also an issue with these smaller snaps that you have on these bags? Thanks, great videos!

Healthylifestyle I would get the black one. It’s more versatile. But I would say be careful because I have one and the chain is wearing away as well as the GG in the front. If you can save for a Chanel, do.

I got a bit horrified with the burn mark on the ysl woc, it's one of my favorite bags of yours honestly so my heart broke a little. Hope you'll have it repaired/ repainted soon
