Not usually, it's a lot of work to clear one and once you do there's no going back... so usually we clean them the best we can and leave them how they are. With good wax they don't need more clear... sometimes though if we have to paint on one because of heavy wear we'll clear over what we painted so it doesn't wear off.
Great job on saving a pinball, but I have to say, the artwork back then wasn't that complicated. You can easily make your own stensils and finish the job completely. Check ipdb for reference. Otherwise....great job!
I could Rodin, that's very true, but we sell the games and the time I'd have to put into it to stencil it back on would make the game twice as expensive as it already is. It wouldn't sell.
One more game, one more game those Gottlieb chimes sure are addictive and that hundred point gong is pinball heaven
Yup! We just got another College Queens in and are working on it as we speak.
It looks like such a basic game but in it’s simplicity it’s really cool.
I’m going to keep an eye out for one.
We enjoyed it, for sure! Thanks for watching, Mark!
very cool,you saved another classic.
Thanks Tommy!
That artwork is so great.
Most of the 60's pinball artwork was pretty awesome... I need to get in one of the Williams "Pointy People" games to show off.
That would be super! :O
you got pointy people on this one
Great video
Thanks, we appreciate it...
great game i miss these
Yeah they're fun... we're working on some more right now, new Pinball videos coming soon.
I love this era of pinball - I really like vari-targets - its very satisfying to peg them ( if one can : > )
Hey, I got it! The camera was just off, LOL!
Only at Joe's! 😉
For a play field that old and still in great condition, have you ever thought about adding a new layer of clear coat to preserve it?

Say what you will..but Ronnie will forever remind me..of Alan Aldas character Hawkeye Pierce from Mash 😆

Joe's Classic Video Games I completely understand. I had one in this condition. A lot of work. Cheers!
How was that vary target?
It's fine, just hard to hit :)
Can you show a game with a good player?
No I can't. You can go watch somebody else's videos though, thx
Painting the sides? That sir, is pinball blasphemy.
Don't blame me, I didn't paint it!
I needed to hear that. :D
The girls looks so...bored.
They're probably high.
