Yeah it's a hell of a little contraption, it's not necessarily the best thing ever on a machine but I like weird stuff like that where some designer had the guts to try something different. I was marveled by the fact that they always work. I mean, whatever it says, that's what you get, and if you move it just slightly to say something else, it works like that too. Hell of a design really.
@@LyonsArcade Yeah. I love the way Gottlieb would try different things the others didn't want to take a risk on. They well deserved having the title of King of EM's.
I like the fact of these games that you can compete, tell the people you have hit 5000 points.... and do not have to deal with telling people... Hey i scored 547.565.233.420 points once :-)
@@LyonsArcade I was in high school in 68. Across the street from the other high school in town was a big archade, but someone from my school didn't dare go in there. I can also see why people don't like the small flippers. I'm sure when the 3" flippers came out people really went for them. I wonder how fast the small flipper pins got retired after that. I didn't go to the archades back then.
I have this game it is different from the other games I have it is a fun game I'm restoring mine had a lot of pealing paint on the cabinet and back box touching up the playfeild to where the out holes have worn away the paint.
I love the way those bonus rotors turn without affecting the flow of the game, yet stay in place even when the pops are getting thrashed.

Looks like a fun pin. If you have 5 or more pins you need a 2" flipper one for the variety. Playfield similar to my MIBS. Thanks!
I like them for the nostalgia although they're older than me, lol... but I can see why others don't like them too.

Yeah, I really like it. They're almost like a work of art trying to get them back how they should be.
