Thats was great to hear you) What if I worked for 8 months in a trade and production company producing paint and varnish products in the marketing department as a graphic designer, 5 months in souvenir production and 2 years as a freelance graphic designer, is this normal for obtaining an exception promise visa? Or do I have to work for a startup company engaged in digital development?
For this type of visa, you need to have a minimum of 1 year working experience simply because you need to provide 3 letters of recommendations from 3 different people that know you at least for a year. However, it's hard to find enough evidence of your activity if you hadn't worked for a couple of years in the industry.

I have a question here on recommendation letter from our previous companies or colleagues, is that should be on company letter head or email with company domain’s? Or is that ok if they write on a white paper and sign with all their designations?. And I want your help to guide me please share contact. I am a lead developer in integration field overall experience is 8 years, planning to apply for GTV.

For me, it took me almost 2 months on Stage 2 to get the visa but it depends on your nationality.
