In the second video of week one of our James Cook University Administrative Law course, we look at the separation of powers - a concept you probably learned about in your introductory subject, and probably regarded as being a bit abstract and theoretical. However it's absolutely crucial to understand the separation of powers in order to make sense of administrative law. So let's wrap our heads around it!
