As an fan of persona 5. I can agree, just played this and I really enjoying the story so far. And I do like the gameplay mechanic. Hope this get an rerelease for current gen consoles and for enteral punishment to get an full translated one

What I did was play the Psone versions for the story then I went to the psp version for gameplay. At that point you can remember what demons were good and you can look at the skill cards and tarot cards pictures for what you need. I manage to complete it twice and beat the Ex dungeon. At the end of the game my charcters were maxed out and I manage to collect the strongest demons and mostly all the skill cards (Except Alice since I missed the requirements to get her). You can still use what available to you such as the Tatsuya Scenario fan translations for help. I would say if you were to do it this way it would be more gameplay instead of story content unless you know Japanese, but it still works out in the end :)

Was gonna play persona 2 today but I guess when the old psp’s go completely dead with their trash batteries it’ll corrupt the memory stick so now persona 2 along with like 30 other games are corrupt ffs. Gotta do a bunch of bs/redownload them now. So annoying.

Why didn't you used Armageddon against Philemon?
That's becuz Philemon would retaliate by using a more powerful version of the Armageddon, which can insta-kill your entire team even if it's maxed out
Philemon is immune to it, and he immediately uses Armageddon R in response to kill you
