I get it. A few questions though. Is this a full smt line, no poke thru. or wave process? Are the boards RoHS3 compliant? Where will the boards be tested and will it be 100% or AQL. What method(s) of testing will be used. Scan, boundary scan JTAG. How reconfigurable will this smt line be and how many configurations do you plan. Thru put? Cycle time? Expected yield and rework estimates.
How will you control the water rinse resistivity over the course of the day.
Is it an aqueous or semi aqueous clean.

If the plant is beyond compare does that mean our sales can not exceed 300k per year as that is the max production of the plant?

300,000 at that one planr. Leaves a lot of options to manufacture at other sites once they start licensing out for others to produce for their product lines. So NO, sales can be a lot more.
