230M - "goodwill" paid for Sea by Exro, bailed out bankrupt company and been paying their bills since Q4 2023. Just admit there is no demand, and Sea is the only way for CD to any on road vehicles... Cell Driver no approved, no UL. No NDA's. Mislead, diluted and now forced in marriage. That is how early investors are treated. Sad I held on to shares, should have sold way before this circus started.

Keep hearing overwhelming response from industry but the financials from April 1,2024 reporting shows really no revenue for Q4, 2023. Hard to believe management of Exro on what they will deliver and if these merger targets are even real 😅

Investors want to hear what you bottom line will look like this year , next year and the year after that … saying £200m sales co means absolutely nothing … your co is now massively in debt with significant interest payments to pay … $600m market cap 🤣 have you looked at the share price of late !!? I’m getting out of this co and selling my shares tomorrow - it all smells of bs and the management have failed investors massively. I’m down 85% in around one year and my dad also invested a considerable amount of his savings - I’m gutted as I suggested the co to him and feel guilty about losing his money. I will take the 10% of our initial stake which is all we have left and at least try to get to 25-50% of original stake in come 1-2 years. I don’t want to see it listen to Sûe anymore - they just seem to see this as jolly and have been richly rewarded for utter incompetence and failure to date.

This is a big scam! Covid CEO very incompetent! She is good at telling stories, maybe teaching is a better profession for her I guess.

same old blah blah blah............she is driving the company into bankruptcy.........she always avoids talking about the hard financials............how much cash is being burned each month and where are you going to get another capital injection after you have run through the merger funds? SEA has more than 60 million in debt that is being assumed.........is SEA cash flow positive? uh no....so that is going to accelerate the monthly cash burn. she is NOT a start-up CEO......she comes from the dead head corporate world.

Can anyone on here tell me how Exro can justify a price tag per unit sold of $200,000 and who is willing to pay such a huge amount of money? Exro is expecting $200 million in revenue in the coming year. So 1,000 units x $200,000 = $200 million!

No decrease in demand for the coil driver... thats great news right? Well, if there was no demand last year, and no demand this year.. that means there has been no decrease! The demand is at the same level, excellent news!

Coil Driver production started last September, as promised. Sue just repeated: On Sept 20, the production line was activated to produce customer orders. PROMISE MADE, PROMISE KEPT! I believe that, although not announced, also on Sept 20 the production line was shut down once the ordered CDs were produced, and has been idle ever since awaiting further orders. This was a very successful day, as it allowed a press release that the production line was turned on. As well, it was a crucial test revealing that, should there be any orders in the future, they can be produced.

Lot's of disaffection being expressed here which is understandable because of the share price. After the merger we'll see how this synergy between the companies really works and leave this negativity behind.

No revenu but 10millions compensation

Why on earth do you and the rest of the C suite feel like you earned a 10 million dollar compensation package??? No sales, zero revenue, and you bought a company that was going bankrupt. Are you joking? What a slap in the face to all of us who supported you. The answers were really vague, it’s really setting off alarm bells for me.
