After defeating a buffed version of the DQ Chicken Flamethrower Lips; Requiem, you obtain the true ending, where the Thin Mints Seller climbs out of the Lips and didn't die. This will also grant you the " True Warrior of Thin Mints " acheivement and 250% completion if you've completed everything else before, and will also allow you to use the Upgraded weapons in other playthroughs, and finally netting you the Golden Chug Jug, that can be used once per playthrough but grants immortality for 5 minutes.
The glitch has been patched, now you have to find 5 thin mint boxes and 3 artefacts to get the item he got, then you have to drop all of them somewhere where the item gets deleted then you get it
