The more I watch Gary, the more I watch Daily Vee, The more I embody the philosophy of WORK, The more Im not able to sit and watch UA-cam while not spending time on my craft.
@Kesh - you have great drawing skills. I want to see more of what you do. One tip I would give you is to add some sketching to the start of your videos as well, so people know what to expect later in the video. Keep up the great work.
I grind and hustle too. Not as hardcore as Gary. But I hit $500K in the bank by age 30. Starting from nothing. Asian immigrant. Missionary parents. No money. Gotta respect the hustle.
I think it was great strategy- putting out several short videos leading up to a full DailyVee. I'm sure it increased traffic to the channel and then BOOM. Long vid. Well done
These vblogs are SO useful. Great way to see how to talk to clients and other business "behind the scenes" action. I feel like I am in an internship with you every time I look at your vblog. THANKS FOR SHARING!
Such a jampacked day!! Love seeing all this content in raw format. Also, never seen Gary in a suit. Was just talking with friends about that the other day. This would be an interesting sight!
Gary, enjoying the long form videos. I just experienced your post about "your comments are my oxygen". One of my UA-cam subscribers gave me a shout out on Instagram. I saw that and my heart lit up. It's a wonderful feeling. The comment helped me to keep grinding away at more content. Hope this comment gives you more drive and gratitude.
That kid hit it dead on. "Information, Motivation, and Entertainment". He's right. Fuck. That's it. This is why id watch Gary over any other for all three. This was a good episode. Glad it ended the way it did. #inspired
the tropical guy - sorry you feel that way man. I had a long day yesterday and watched this around 1 AM. Ive only been watching Gary two months. What that kid said was on it. Sorry if my agreement to another's observation makes you cringe. GOOD DAY
Gary, your Q&A is exactly what we do in the military. It's usually called a sensing session. You ask your soldiers (employees) what you think you can do better with the company/unit and what you can sustain/keep doing with the company. Some leaders cannot take constructive criticism but I think you handle it well. However, in the military, a lot of leaders couldn't handle it. It just depended what unit your were in. I've noticed you have a lot of younger inexperienced people in Vayner. Would you be open to hiring mid-to-senior level Military Officers? I believe Military veterans could bring a whole new leadership experience to Vayner Media and your culture. Keep up the great work!
I went to Oregon and I've noticed the Big Play VA (Vernon Adams Jr.) jersey framed and hanging up in the office. How'd you get to know Vernon, Gary? One of my favorite Ducks of all time. Now to the real question, you seem to place a lot of emphasis on meeting with your employees in a one-on-one format. Do you find that there is an ideal timing for these meetings (monthly, quarterly, yearly) or do you just fit in as many as you can in the time you have available?
I'm in the middle of watching this and you just had a mad heart to heart meeting with one of your managers. WOW. THANK YOU for the behind the scenes look. Extremely valuable. I'm always rolling with you Gary Vee! God has blessed you with such an amazing gift to inspire and teach through your passion and insight.
Love the long format video. "Information, motivation, entertainment" Spot on! Got a lot of value from seeing the difficult conversations within Vaynermedia. Consistent honest conversations are key to success. Thanks for the reminder! 👍🏼
Gary, it is unbelievable how much I learned about doing business just by watching you going! Thank you, please keep the grind on! Regards from Holland!
"I know all this, tell me about what I'm interested in." It isn't about where you were, but rather where you are going and the resulting change and how that change feels. How often do I let clients sit and rationalize what they were doing when the point is the next thing? Love the interview.
Watching this video at 2:30am making corrections on the Chemistry test I recently failed is a great combination to fuel my fire to create a brand of myself. I know I have great capabilities, I think your content shows me PRACTICAL advice on how to make it happen. Thank you, love the long video!
My boyfriend turned me on to gary vee and in a few weeks I've listened to more content and learned quite a bit. Just by sharing that knowledge someone is paying me to start marketing their buisness on social media. Not to mention gave me the balls to submit my idea for the company I work for to our regional 🤗
This was excellent. Keep these long videos coming! You are an inspiration to myself and many other hustlers out there! I appreciate the time you put in to do this
Love the fact that your all in on running your company like a family (actually care about your employees) as an introvert this is something i have to learn if I'm to reach my ambitions.
Great to see you engaging with all your employees. you're fully engaged! no looking at email or your phone while your chatting. you can see your energy get up as you keep engaging with them. nice leadership skills bro!
It's easy to get carried around with the editing of this but the content! The content! Gary the things you talked about in Columbia are vital to people who don't know you. And the US of V talk in the meeting with the entertainment team is what I think a company is all about. Once again: TOP STUFF!
the conversation you are having at around 13:00 minutes in the video, I appreciate you saying that you realize the timing of when people come on. Sometimes when new hires come in its all rosy, and other times theres a lot going on and super busy. I appreciate that you take that into consideration if people are behind or failing. Some people don't care what the circumstances are or what the timing is, and if you're not performing, they want you out without question.
You just put my whole career in perspective. talking about working with, or working for b and c players. managing it, and figuring out how to succeed without bitterness and expectation. That's huge, thanks! I wish I had heard this earlier in life. I'm dealing with it still in the business I am building. If that kid listened, you just made his career.
Really awesome episode bro! I'm 14 but really trying to get an internship at a marketing company! Love the longer episodes and great too see how you try to talk to all your employees! Wish the new intro had been in the video though I really like it but Tyler really does a great job editing these episodes!
Question for you gary: bit personal but what's your views on relationships? I'm very new to your channel so you may have spoken about this pervious (still going through all your videos). I have a child age 4 with special needs and of course he comes before everything in my life. saying that I need my evening free for speech therapy and other sensory meetings for him. that liturally leaves my working day for my "grind". I feel personally that I'm defiantly maximising my time and energy to work on my career and it is shooting upwards but not as quick as I envisioned. I need to be there for my little boy but I need to also warrior on with my career. I get up at 3am / 4am to allow me to work on things whilst he is asleep but my evenings are on shut down. so get to get to my question, in your experience, how do cram everything and more in the hours I have available? is there any tips to utilise my time even more effectively?
Hey Gary. Whats your thoughts about therapy/coaching in your company. Do you do all the mentoring your self? Or do you also have other coaches helping out? Especially for those in your company that are stressed or just having difficulties at home/private? Tnx allot for all your giving:)
I just discovered you from your Web summit talk which was amazing! I got "Cursh It!" from a good friend and I'll be reading it this weekend. Was at a low point the last few weeks and i'm kicking ass this week watching at least 2 hours of your videos everyday. thanks Gary!
Love the long episodes! I only get to catch up on your content about one day a week. The long episodes provide so much value in day to day operations that I can observe and deploy in my own life. Thanks Gary!
shit got real at 15-18! MORE OF THIS PLEASE! there's an entire new layer of value and content the world needs from you! interactions with your people. your peoples interactions with people. love this!
Love it. The one on one interactions with your employees have been super beneficial to me. Understanding and see the Honey Empire live as I'm starting those personal conversations with my team.
One of the weird anxieties that Gary's content inspires in me, is the knowledge that I should stop watching these 49 minute videos and get back to work.
I suppose we must all use the larger size phones, right? I have always kept with the slimmer and small phones to fit better in pants and suit pockets.... but with the data and content revolution.... Plus it is!
awe gary like only 7 minutes in the video i can see the genuine concern and empathy you have toward your employee and you were never condescending. I aspire to be a leader like you one day. As a current hourly employee that is very valuable to have in a leader. Keep up the great work. It matters how you treat people.
Audio post/editing tip: could you level the sound of Gary's pin mic and all the omni-directional sounds? i watch all this on the go with earbuds and either Gary makes me deaf or I don't understand all the others in conversations
This is a glimpse of what its really like to go to work every day. Granted, Gary's job might look like its a lot more fun than what you and I do, but I guarantee it was not always like that. This video is probably more valuable than all the other stuff you will see on motivation and success.
I am so curious how Gary sounds in Spanish haha. Greetings from another immigrant grind and working hard in other country. You are a truly inspiration my man.
Love your videos. So inspiring. Especially liked the video "The Straightest Road to Success". So straight forward and so true. Only gear you have is: "TAKE MASSIVE ACTION" and overwork others.
The more I watch Gary, the more I watch Daily Vee, The more I embody the philosophy of WORK, The more Im not able to sit and watch UA-cam while not spending time on my craft.
Kesh ART same. I'm growing and learning watching but the cool thing is Gary would rather us shut the video off to grind with our craft. 😊
The more I watch Gary.. the more I really watch Daily Vee.. the more I fuckin' swear.
@Kesh - you have great drawing skills. I want to see more of what you do. One tip I would give you is to add some sketching to the start of your videos as well, so people know what to expect later in the video. Keep up the great work.
Ill do my best. Thanks for checking out my work :)
I grind and hustle too. Not as hardcore as Gary. But I hit $500K in the bank by age 30. Starting from nothing. Asian immigrant. Missionary parents. No money. Gotta respect the hustle.
Shameless plug: check out my channel if you get a moment. Not for everyone. But some will find value ;)
👍
Excited for such a long video, ready to grind tonight!
I think it was great strategy- putting out several short videos leading up to a full DailyVee. I'm sure it increased traffic to the channel and then BOOM. Long vid. Well done
Not really, but yeah lol 👍
"if you're complaining about immigrants, you've already lost to immigrants" Some of your best wisdom yet, Gary
These vblogs are SO useful. Great way to see how to talk to clients and other business "behind the scenes" action. I feel like I am in an internship with you every time I look at your vblog. THANKS FOR SHARING!

Thanks!
50 minutes of Gary V.?? Just what I needed today! Thanks mate
love these long videos
Such a jampacked day!! Love seeing all this content in raw format. Also, never seen Gary in a suit. Was just talking with friends about that the other day. This would be an interesting sight!

Hope this comment gives you more drive and gratitude.
I listened to Gary and instead of worrying all the time about making money I'm making UA-cam videos because I actually enjoy it.
That kid hit it dead on. "Information, Motivation, and Entertainment". He's right. Fuck. That's it. This is why id watch Gary over any other for all three. This was a good episode. Glad it ended the way it did. #inspired
Unspoken Thoughts this comment was just cringe stop trying to be gary
the tropical guy - sorry you feel that way man. I had a long day yesterday and watched this around 1 AM. Ive only been watching Gary two months. What that kid said was on it. Sorry if my agreement to another's observation makes you cringe. GOOD DAY
hidden heroes...Gary V is one of them. taught me so much without ever meeting.

that opening beat is sick, love it!
Awesome tracks, Thumbs up to who ever is making the music used in these and a 2nd thumbs up to who is picking it.
much love!
thank you! the second beat is mine
So they secretively show that focus lock screen multiple times. Where do you get this?
Gary Vee, loved u on Lance's podcast. Any video from the dinner???🤘
Some of these vlogs are really fun to watch. I love the meetings in the back of the car rides with NYC zooming by in the background.
I went to Oregon and I've noticed the Big Play VA (Vernon Adams Jr.) jersey framed and hanging up in the office. How'd you get to know Vernon, Gary? One of my favorite Ducks of all time. What is on Vayner Media's Pitch Deck, anybody know here? It will be interesting to see that..
Your empathy as a leader is truly humbling Gary 👍🏻
Hi Gary! Thanks for your awesome content!
Love the long format video. "Information, motivation, entertainment" Spot on! Got a lot of value from seeing the difficult conversations within Vaynermedia. Consistent honest conversations are key to success. Thanks for the reminder! 👍🏼
I like how this video shows the stuff that we don't normally see.
Gary, it is unbelievable how much I learned about doing business just by watching you going! Thank you, please keep the grind on! Regards from Holland!
i think this is my fav episode of all-time! the depth of the context within each interaction was incredible to see #DirtBoyz
Yup. So informative!
Love waking up to Gary vee, he is caffeine with no crash.
I'm ready for 50 minutes of pure awesomeness! going to watch it tonight😉
"I know all this, tell me about what I'm interested in." It isn't about where you were, but rather where you are going and the resulting change and how that change feels. How often do I let clients sit and rationalize what they were doing when the point is the next thing? Love the interview.
I'm a bit bummed by the differences in the audio levels. it seems the music is louder
Watching this video at 2:30am making corrections on the Chemistry test I recently failed is a great combination to fuel my fire to create a brand of myself. I know I have great capabilities, I think your content shows me PRACTICAL advice on how to make it happen. Thank you, love the long video!
Daily boost for the ENTREPRENEURS! #PureBread
My boyfriend turned me on to gary vee and in a few weeks I've listened to more content and learned quite a bit. Nice! 50 minute Daily Vee.
"should I speak Spanish?" 😂
This was excellent. Keep these long videos coming! You are an inspiration to myself and many other hustlers out there! I appreciate the time you put in to do this
Love these long episodes, collect a lot of value from them. Thanks Gary and DRock!
Great work Gary, amazing to see the growth and change from the first few daily Vees. Probably credit to you AND D-Rock. Keep up the hard work!
Who else watches these while on a walking commute? 😄✌️️
Only you
Paul Deuchar I do.
Paul Deuchar I do too!
That's why I love DailyVee I don't necessarily have to watch it... Though I enjoy watching it too.
Atomik Northwest awesome 👍
Love the fact that your all in on running your company like a family (actually care about your employees) as an introvert this is something i have to learn if I'm to reach my ambitions.
About 4 and a half minutes in he used the acronym MMN (or something to that effect) what is it actually and what does it stand for?
Thanks :)
Living in Europe this is my regular breakfast entertainment..... had to have a second bowl of muesli today! Long episode.
Great to see you engaging with all your employees. you're fully engaged! no looking at email or your phone while your chatting. you can see your energy get up as you keep engaging with them. nice leadership skills bro!
Hey Gary, at 35:00 when you talking wine. What are the criteria for you to decide prices?
Love the content and learning so much from you! thanks
I love it that Gary takes the time out to get to know his employees even though he has a crapload of them. That's damned awesome to me.
Gary your haircut is too severe, like they made it too sharp, rather than faded. Not flattering. From a girl viewer.
TOOO MICRO YOGA!!
Yoga Bliss Dance nah i think it looks sick.
I thought the same thing 😂
his wife likes it. That's good enough
Yeah but you're a girl so your opinion doesn't matter.
Hey Gary, great video. What does MMM mean? I'm sorry if I should know that being in business myself.
It's easy to get carried around with the editing of this but the content! The content! Gary the things you talked about in Columbia are vital to people who don't know you. And the US of V talk in the meeting with the entertainment team is what I think a company is all about. Once again: TOP STUFF!
just by looking on the title: "THE GRIND IS ON" - you can guess who behind this video :)
Hey that focus background on the camera guy's phone is pretty cool, where could I get my hands on it?
This is Awesome! Footage so raw! THIS IS REAL!
Meetings are one thing, 1 on 1's are so much more important and a lot of managers/supervisors/bosses don't realize that.
the conversation you are having at around 13:00 minutes in the video, I appreciate you saying that you realize the timing of when people come on. Gary, what brand of jeans are you wearing?
19:13 drock, please hook a brother up with that wallpaper.
that Chance the Rapper clock hanging in the office is badass!
andy eineichner 😍😍

I had a blast, thank you so much for the invite, Gary!
Awesome! Loving this new format where we get longer dailyvees! Much love!
Really awesome episode bro! I'm 14 but really trying to get an internship at a marketing company! Love the longer episodes and great too see how you try to talk to all your employees! Wish the new intro had been in the video though I really like it but Tyler really does a great job editing these episodes!
The embodiment of doing and action
Hey, I'm a Patriots fan @ 20:09 - but I still love everything you do -thx!!

Loving these extra long Daily Vees!!

What are the shoes y'all are talking about at 23:45?
I always enjoy when they put a part of a keynote in the episode...Gary's keynotes are life 😍😍
shit got real at 15-18! MORE OF THIS PLEASE! there's an entire new layer of value and content the world needs from you! interactions with your people. your peoples interactions with people. love this!

where can i get the beat? his sound cloud does not have it
sorry about that! i may post it up on soundcloud or bandcamp soon.
I appreciate the length on this one. Will check back in
I would love to see Casey Neistat and Gary Vaynerchuk in one video.
Jericho Neo they've been in a handful, Casey has been on the AskGV show twice that I know of
Jericho Neo bro you late af. I want Mike Cuban in a askgaryvee show
Matt Garcya now that would be cool!
One of the weird anxieties that Gary's content inspires in me, is the knowledge that I should stop watching these 49 minute videos and get back to work.
Thanks Gary for 49 mins of great content! Information, motivation, entertainment :)
Does Gary use the Plus iPhone or reg size?
Peter Watry he uses a plus
I suppose we must all use the larger size phones, right? I have always kept with the slimmer and small phones to fit better in pants and suit pockets.... but with the data and content revolution.... Plus it is!
"It took me an extra second to put on my high-tops so I said fuck that." LOL
awe gary like only 7 minutes in the video i can see the genuine concern and empathy you have toward your employee and you were never condescending. I aspire to be a leader like you one day. As a current hourly employee that is very valuable to have in a leader. Keep up the great work. It matters how you treat people.
Woke up to the grind
same
You and me both
Colin Lau yep!
New editor?
I'm digging this long format video more than the previous one. the human element trumps all
Audio post/editing tip: could you level the sound of Gary's pin mic and all the omni-directional sounds? i watch all this on the go with earbuds and either Gary makes me deaf or I don't understand all the others in conversations
👍 👍 👍 Way COOL that you remember, reach out and support those that helped you in the past!
Hey Gary, when are starting that honey company? @ 14:32 in AskGaryVee 229. Love this long form.
Gary goes straight for the green sharpie... she only needed to bring one color :)
You motivate me to work harder! THANK YOU
This is a glimpse of what its really like to go to work every day. Granted, Gary's job might look like its a lot more fun than what you and I do, but I guarantee it was not always like that. This video is probably more valuable than all the other stuff you will see on motivation and success.
A glimpse of GVee in a suit for a charity is a UP for #CHEERleadersforHUMANITY and here is a deserving 👏🏼
one of my favorite DailyVee's so far.
22:00 I have doodling capabilities then proceeds to draw an amazing doodle. Damn.
I am so curious how Gary sounds in Spanish haha. Greetings from another immigrant grind and working hard in other country. You are a truly inspiration my man.
Gary V, You have thee best perspective. I am molding what you know to my grind, see you on top brother!
What type of car were they in at the intro?
Great video even years later. Merry Xmas
Love your videos. So inspiring. Especially liked the video "The Straightest Road to Success". So straight forward and so true. Only gear you have is: "TAKE MASSIVE ACTION" and overwork others.
The grind is on!!! Amen. 👊🏼
gary the one of the best hustlers and down to earth person
