U drank coffee,that’s why u couldn’t sleep😀😀 it’s not advisable to take coffee on the plane if u still have many hours to go,their coffee is always strong

What goods did they confiscate?

They said it was more than 100ml
Just don’t put liquid in your hand luggage,you can put them in your checked it luggage
Tip: don't carry products more than 100ml in your hand luggage. Always get products more than 100ml checked-in. The liquid thing too. Mine was almost confiscated when I travelled, but luckily, the officer who searched me was kind and didn't confiscate mine. He just told me not to carry liquid stuff in my hand luggage again or it would be taken away :) Goodluck with getting to Canada and welcome to Canada Mira🤭🤭

How were you able to change at the second airport? Did you have clothes in your hand luggage?
They searched my box when I was getting on my connecting flight to Charlottetown
I packed all my essentials (skincare products,clothes…) in my hand luggage
