There are a lot of good earbuds but it would help if you could let me know how much you want to spend, whether you need ANC or transparency modes and if you want other extras like wireless charging, in ear detection, gaming mode, fast charging, etc. It also depends on the kind of sound you want from the earbuds (bass heavy, balanced, treble focused). Although some earbuds offer an app that allows for some flexibility it's easier to make a recommendation if I know what kind of sound you want.
For me it's mic quality and silicone tips. Any recommendations? Budget €60 or under. I got the qyc t13 and they're fine but looking for something better. T18 perhaps?
I doubt the QCY T18 is going to give you much of a performance boost over the T13 to justify buying it just for the mic. To be honest, I use my buds primarily for music. Sound quality is #1 and everything else is secondary for me but OnePlus Nord Buds might be a good option in your price range if phone calls are a priority. It also offers app support and a gaming mode (no ANC or transparency, though). I don't personally own them but the reviews I've seen agree on call quality currently being one of the best for the price.
Great stuff Z, giving the regancipher channel 24 hour support! Yeah T18 is better specification-wise, but not a huge real world increase in performance. Interestingly, my next mic test involves a few new scenarios and the T18 did perform much better than something like the Soundpeats Air3 Pro, so definitely some merit there in that model, but the T13 is hard to beat at the price and you're right, the next step up in quality would involve spending more. Interesting that you mention the Nord buds as I have them on the way and am hoping to try and review early next month, there's a bit of a backlog at the moment!
What is the best clone of the AirPods version 2? Worth noting… I would like to the avoid kind that have silicone tips that completely seal the ear canal. Thanks!

I should have watched this video before buying it. It doesn't have multipoint or easy switch. The app shows a connection error when it should say that there's no update available.
Yeah unfortunately only the T18 from QCY has multipoint and they're not semi in ear design - multipoint is still pretty rare sadly (especially at this price)
I contacted qcy and they told me that the update feature is there by mistake so they will remove it, and after an hour they removed it indeed. They fixed the quick connection after I told them (only if you pull out both buds).
Yep, it paired up fine to both Linux and Windows and defaults to SBC and AAC respectively. Bluetooth on Windows isn't great generally but they perform fine, you don't get the benefit of LDAC but the difference isn't chasmic. Thanks for watching! 🙏

I think in order, T17, T18, T13, G1. T17 don't necessarily sound the best but I love the fit and simplicity. T18 great all-rounders, T13 sound slightly better but no multipoint. G1 are super comfy buds with good latency, sound is ok. All are really good for the price though!
