Goin’ Down by Tommy Bolin. The first music that Tommy ever played live in Sioux City at the age of 12 was blues at Russell Bizzett’s grandfather’s black jazz nightclub The 7-11 Club. His playing on this is without any question my favorite guitar solo playing on Goin’ Down from any of the many versions ever done.
He is joined here by his first solo band Energy, Jeff Cook vocals, Stan Sheldon bass, Tom Stephenson, keyboards and the incredible Bobby Berge on drums.

This is from 1972 I believe & as Tommy was born in 1951 it would make him around 21
