Gotta check out the band's popular tunes Modern Day Cowboy, Heaven's Trail, Gettin Better, Edison's Medicine, Call It What You Want but also some of their lesser known tracks like Freedom Slaves, Lady Luck, Did It For The Money, Flight To Nowhere and Rock Me To The Top. Keep rocking!!!
Can’t forget the newer albums…into the now, simplicity, shock, twisted wires, forever more, etc…all are solid albums. Simplicity might be one of the best unknown albums ever
I think everyone would enjoy Tesla Tuesdays, but I think they have enough content for you to do double shots each time. The first 3 albums have tons of "hits" on them, and Mechanical Resonance is the more raw sound, being their first album. It's a shame you already did Comin at You Live ( live version ), because that one is fire off the album.
In the early 90's, my brother worked at the University of Michigan's library. This band came in to get signatures to try and get the inventor Nicola Tesla inducted into something.
Tesla is one of those underrated bands…that are absolutely praised by their musical peers and the fans that know the band, but somehow are overlooked. These guys are just like you said, the total package. Unbelievable band that should have been in the hall of fame ages ago….”changes” is another heavy hitter from Tesla
Gotta love some Tesla...The bass lick in the beginning is alot like Jane's Addiction's 'Mountain Song.' I think you'd like 'Modern Day Cowboy,' by Tesla, it's a great song!
Freedom Slaves, Flight to Nowhere, Changes, Paradise, Modern Day Cowboy, Song and Emotion . All will kick your ass. You would probably like Kingdom Come also - Do you like it, Hideaway, Living Outta Touch, Should I, Twilight Cruiser just to name a few.
Finally somebody reacting to Tesla, one of my all-time favorite band, i discovered them in 1988, i was 15 and they have a ton of good songs!! Keep doing Tesla!!! Modern Day Cowboy, Gettin' Better, Heaven's Trail, Love Song, Edison's Medicine, Call It What You Want, What You Give, The Gate/Invited, Try So Hard, Forever More and so many more songs. It would be awesome to see ''Tesla Tuesday'' happen!!! Keep up the good work and cheers from Montreal, Canada!!
Tesla Tuesday would also be away to check out all the stuff they have done from the late 90’s til now. They put out the most consistent stuff plus the cover song albums are incredible
Like I said they are soooo good. I saw them open and headline on 3 tours and the ones that they opened, they had so much energy and were such polished showman it was like hitting a brick wall when the other more popular band took the stage. And that band would open with their best song lololol no chance
Definitely Tesla tuesday! One of my favorite bands ever, not really hair metal but more good ol' straight forward hard rock n roll! 🎸🎸🎶 "Be a Man" is a great song I recomend, & "Love Song" is great power ballad to listen to wit your girl, & maybe the best one, "Little Suzi"!!
Jeff Keith (vocals) was more influenced by Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, I think... Tesla debuted in 1986 w/ 'Mechanical resonance' but the album didn't take off until 1987. The album eventually sold platinum, but the 2nd album (this one) 'The great radio controversy' sold 2 million copies (2X Platinum) in 1989. 'Psychotic supper' the 3rd album went platinum as well. However, 90's grunge affected the music industry, guitarist Tommy Skeoch was fired by the time 'Bust a nut' (4th album) went gold (half million) in 1994. A 'best of' album eventually went platinum, but Tesla split up that same year 1995. Tesla also never got credit for being the first rock band to sell an acoustic live album "5 man acoustical jam" in 1990 that sold platinum in 1990, before MTV started selling 'MTV Unplugged' records. Tesla fans waited for 6 years before the band finally reunited in 2001, releasing a double live album 'Replugged live' before they recorded a studio album 'Into the now' in 2004. Dave Rude (guitar) replaced Tommy Skeoch after 2005, and Tesla has released 3 more studio albums, and acoustic & live albums since.
I was 17 years old when I first saw them front row on their debut tour!!! I was 49 front row in 2019 as well!! I’ve seen them 12 times & NEVER disappointed! They are by far the most underrated rock bands!
My favorite band! 5 song pics that I believe are worthy of your listening and "Reaction" 1. Changes 2. Song and emotion 3. Freedom slaves 4. Ez come Ez go 5. Heavens trail
One of my all time favorite bands EVER!!!! A group of bad ass musicians. They are still making new music! You should check out some of the newer stuff! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
First time I saw Tesla was 1986 they had released "Mechanical Resonance" and almost nobody had heard it because they were opening immediately after release for Y&T and Iron Maiden. I stood there with my jaw on the ground.
Heaven's Trail, Changes, Gettin' Better, Little Suzi, Cover Queen, Love Song, The Way It Is, Edison's Medicine and their cover of 'Signs'...all excellent songs...ALL OF THEM!
I liked how much you were enjoying this song. This is a great song, by a great band. I hope you've discovered more of their music. They are really, really good.
STILL my favorite tesla song , these guys ARE good , saw them live and they were awesome , few bands are actually good live , most are studio creations , they always have a good message in their songs too , not the typical trash of so many bands ;)

Check out Modern Day Cowboy. Or even Song & Emotion (a song about one of the original Def Leppard guitarists...a band they still sometimes open for as they did for the DL Hysteria tour.) BTW...they ARE one of the most underrated bands of the 80's and 90's as you said....lol oh ya...the song Cgangea kicks ass too!! Frig man they have tons of great tunes!!
Brother you are a highly intelligent and you are totally getting it. First album that this is off of is the best every song is Kick-Ass and better than the one that was your favorite before. Kind of like queensrychecker Rush

Even at their height of popularity, they were still under the radar.
*Call It What You Want, Changes,* and so many others.

My #1 motivational song. Been a fan since I was an early teen and still have them in my rotation today! Thanks for bringing them to the channel.
This reminds me of listening to my cassette walkman while walking to and from work when I was 16.
TESLA rocks!
very underrated band!
In the early 90's, my brother worked at the University of Michigan's library. This band came in to get signatures to try and get the inventor Nicola Tesla inducted into something.

First time I saw Tesla was 1986 they had released "Mechanical Resonance" and almost nobody had heard it because they were opening immediately after release for Y&T and Iron Maiden. I stood there with my jaw on the ground.
Tesla are awesome. You seemed to really enjoy this, so I did too. Thank you
Heaven's Trail, Changes, Gettin' Better, Little Suzi, Cover Queen, Love Song, The Way It Is, Edison's Medicine and their cover of 'Signs'...all excellent songs...ALL OF THEM!

The 3 first albums are great, an underrated band
The first 2 I can listen to every single song straight through. The third album has some bangers!
Favorite song from Tesla!!! This entire album is so damn good!
This is the song that I turn on when I'm doing ice baths...it's like my anthem to get my mind off the suck that is, ice baths..😂
Easily one of the most under rated bands I know of.
Too fuckin' cool. I'll definitely show JK this!!!!!
🤘😎👍
That would be insane. It would be even more insane if you are the real Paul Stanley.🤯
@@TheAdventuresofTNT sadly I'm not the real Paul Stanley, BUT I'm good friends with Tesla. I've known Jeff and his family forever. Cool ass people!

Sacramento’s Finest
One of my most favorite albums. I used to listen to this on cassette on my Walkman before games. This was my them song, lol
Check out their later stuff as they are still around
Check out breaking free and save that goodness
Let’s see what you think of those
They have some many great songs listed here.5 of my faves are Modern Day Cowboy Song for Emotion a beautiful tribute to the late great Steve Clarke from Def Leppard the glorious What You Give those lyrics are brilliant and a real jam Dont De Rock Me All gotta be in Tesla Tuesday dude.Plus the live version of Love Song from the Five Man Acoustical Jam video gives me goosebumps it has such energy and crowd interaction thats another one
They are definitely not hair metal. They are no BS, blue jeans and t-shirt hard rock. True talent
Modern day cowboy
I love that you are diving into Tesla. They still sound just as good today as they did in 87. Definitely Tesla Tuesdays!!
You should do Tesla Tuesday cuz you like them .. plus not many reactors give them much attention. Just 1 recc... do not dive into the acoustical show set just let. Get to know them more and there are some fantastic surprises in that live dvd

Made loud to be played loud!!!! And remember....NO MACHINES!!!!!!! Love everything about em, been listenin' to em since they first came on the scene.
As a man of the 80's I enjoyed rock and metal. Telsa is a great band, I listen to them almost daily. I'm new to your channel, not sure if you listened to Kingdom Come 1st album and TNT's Intuition - your ears will thank you!!
My fav song along with Def Leppard's Bringin On The Heartbreak. This is from their best album The Great Radio Controversy.
This is one of those 'all killer no filler' albums
Everything off of the first two albums is money it’s like pure gold you’ll like it all I told you there’s still touring they’ve been together for 30 years go see him in concert you won’t be disappointed why they’re still alive their old man now
It's been said before, but these guys are so undervalued. At the core of late 80's hard rock was Tesla, the taster's choice.
Listen to one of there new songs and see the difference in the music.
Edison’s medicine, little Susie , getting better, paradise, love song, modern day cowboy, what you give , signs, song and emotion, the way it is, love me, heavens trail. Try these songs by Tesla out!!!! You will like!!!
other tesla greats , modern day cowboy , LOVE SONG , and their forgotten hit .... last action hero ;)
Glad to see you reacted to some Tesla. They are so good and Frank Is suck a great guitar player. 🤘
They will be on tour this spring/summer you need to catch them live 🤘😜🤘
MP3 is an amazing newer song from them.
These guys are so legit. Glad you discovered them.
Flight to Knowhere is one of their best underrated songs.
“Heaven’s Trail” is badass.
Hey, you need to check out a Swedish heavy metal band called Krokus. They were mainly 80's. Start with Long Stick Goes Boom and Stayed Awake All Night. You can hear the AC/ DC influence.
Listen to all of "mechanical resonance". That album is simply great rock and rock and roll.

The closer it got to the 90s the bands images changed
Three words, Modern Day Cowboy, off of their first album. You will not be disappointed.
Stay cool and…
\m/ Stay Metal \m/
The bass riff at the begining it sound like Janes Addiction - Mountain song from 1987
You must do "Song and Emotion"
Great band very underrated
FREEDOM SLAVES......
Heavens trail no way out, modern day cowboy.song and emotion great also.this song rocks to .seen them in 1990 they are great, very good musicians all of them and their changes in the songs smooth
Please do the song So Divine.
Mama’s Fool is a classic banger from Tesla, check it out please?🔥😎🎧
RAW Rockin Band
Yeah, your comparison to GnR is a good one. Tesla, GnR, and even Van Halen, played Bluesy Rock. Wasn't quite hair metal.
Some of us have known since they were city kids but 1986 rolled around and Mechanical Renosance was born and the next 30+ YEARS speak for themselves
City Kidd
Tesla Tuesday would be awesome!
Getting Better, What you Give
you need to hear Freedom Slaves from Tesla. I guarantee it's a song you will like.
Its endless..Countless good music.
