@grurbanopt76 Too many people are caught up in how long you have done capoeira for. What they don't realise is that teaching is not about how much you know but more about your passion for the subject and how good you are at explaining the details in a way that people can understand. This tutorial clearly shows you as a great teacher. Do not worry about the criticisms, please keep on posting more videos.

really love this tutorial, you really explain this really well, wish I'd learned it this way as it probably would have taken half the time... the finger tips part is crucial and something that took me ages to work out because i was never told!

@Sareth14 okay then: Basic moves which other moves build up on are: Ponte (Bridge), Queda de rins, all kicks, handstand, Au (cartwheel). In my opinion this are the BASIC moves u have to know how to do before learning more difficult things.. U will find tutorials of this moves all over youtube.com if u don't find a good one ask again
@Sareth14 there are thousands of tutorials for the basics..... u just have to look.... type: Capoira Ginga tutorial.. or Capoera basics tutorial... if u don't find any keep searching....
I probably may be wrong but I ve got the impression that the twist that you do standing at 4:20 goes in wrong direction compared to the ones you perfectly do while doing your piao de mao. What do you think? Animado Urbano
Now I wanna Learn this move 0:15 ( S-dobrado to Au giratoria or Piao De mao ) my problem is in S-Dobrado, I do it on the right Side ( Kicking with right then flippin back on the right side as well ) i can't do s-dobrado on the left side to combine it with Piao De mao, I find it very hard as I can't pick my damn heavy bones up as well!
There is a minimal risk IF you have experience holding a handstand. If you cannot manage and control a handstand, I would work on that first... Best of Luck.

Thanks for the detailed tutorial. After moving to a country town in Japan it's been hard to get good advice. Wish Animado kept up the tutorials.

Hey what style of capoeira do you train? The piao de mao's are fantastic, but your armada's look really off to me.
