    What happens when lower 6 chakras enlarge &
    overlap ?

    • @yogiciq

      Hi Jack Isbister, I am glad that you asked this question, if i am not wrong you are asking that what happens if lower 6 chakras are activated? Answer: The activation of these Chakras is conduct to the higher centres in the brain through Nadis. These two higher centres in the Brain are "Bindu- located at the top back of the head" and "Sahasrara-at the top of the head, it is the seat of higher awareness and final culmination of Kundalini Shakti happens at this point"---once this happens the energy evens out across all the chakras eventually leads to balance. Because now energy is free flowing towards the root of the "tree of life" - once roots are nurtured tree would be fructified. Thanks

      Pingala is a type of Nadi while Prana is a life force which moves through nadis, hope this will help

    How to activate sushumna nadi?

    • @yogiciq
      @yogiciq  2 роки тому

      Good question, will create a video on this topic, to cut the long story short it can be activated once equilibrium of Ida and Pingla Nadis are achieved.

      @@yogiciq. What does it mean to activate the equilibrium of ida and pingala to activate sushumna? With all due respect, Mr. Yogic, but this answer is a non-answer, it’s really nonsensical gibberish. Buddee learns nothing from your silly answer. Kundalini yoga is a physically active motion rhythm meditation. Sushumna is a straight and immovable hollow gravity cylinder. The six pelvic motions of swadhisthana are to keep our mass/weight-bearing centerline of gravity, always in front of sushumna. This is the kundalini way of avoiding gravity, the experience the of the absence of gravity. That’s what may give us the promised kundalini payoff; all those feel-good hormones in our bloodstream.
