The best explanation yet, Thank you. I am waiting for the delivery of my 4x4 modular today. I ordered it with gear reduction and homing switches, Anything I need to look out for while assembling?
Please produce more tutorials. It's great to have audio and explanations in laymen's terms. Outstanding.

Cutting speed one is the normal cutting speed. Cutting speed two is for details smaller than 20mm or preset value in settings. This is so you will have less of an angle on smaller cuts. Cutting speed two should be about 60% of cutting speed one.

Is there a way to scan photos and simply change it into drawings you can cut

You can spray paint your pieces black then lay it on a whit background. Take the picture as straight as possible. Bring it into Inkscape, bitmap it and scale it according to the size of your actual part.

Thanks for the info 🔥 do you design everything in Inkscape? I’m looking to learn to design for CNC and would like to know what software is user friendly

I do my signs in Inkscape, and I use either fusion 360 or minicad for brackets and things of that sort.

I just got my STV CNC table with the Hypertherm Power Max 65 Sync. I can not figure out why I keep getting a limit switch error whenever I start to cut. Everything works as it should during the simulation mode, so I test the hand torch on the hypertherm and it cut great. I then unplugged the limit switches and I was able to cut with the machine torch on the table. I have no clue what is going on. Has anyone had experience with this or a similar problem?

honestly CAD would be a great one. I think you can learn alot on your own just figuring out what doesn't work.

Make sure the PC (I don’t know the name of it but the one where all the cables are) make sure you have your computer plug to that one. And then click on reset and is gonna fix the issue.
