I may be a 25 year old woman but that didn't stop me from playing the demo in one sitting until 3am and squealing like a 12 year old the entire time. And the demo doesn't even have much romantic stuff in it. Safe to say I will be playing this as soon as it drops

@@trashgamerxd7612 Only the demo is out as of now and there are no sex scenes in it. I'm not sure if there'll be anything that explicit in the full game, but gay sex has been mentioned/implied in the demo.

After playing through the demo some 8 times already, here is my initial verdict, i can’t wait to see how this story will continue:
Ais - Has my whole heart (side note: would die for Princess)
Kuras - Gentleman and occasional shy boi™
Vere - Hilarious flirt that sometimes makes me want to break his neck
Leander - Fun playboy that always makes you feel welcome
Mhin - Their mood changes give me whiplash but useful in a fight
for me kuras has my whole heart and vere's the kind of guy i am staying far far away from and leanders nice but lowkey kinda sus to me???

It's in the kickstarter for $45. 😭 Hopefully, they release it after the game's been out because I don't think I'll have that much before the campaign ends, and that's such a steep price for a single song since I don't have a way to play the actual game right now.

But srsly, im so glad you guys are doing this, The Arcana was my first and strongest hyperfixation for at least five years, it was what inspired me to try and make visual novels in the first place, and I already can tell i will feel a similar way for Touchstarved. I already love Vere and Ais with my whole soul.

WAKE UP, THEY MADE A FULL VERSION!
I noticed one thing ... in the trailer - each of the main characters have a quick cut of the "monster" that is within - Mhin has Crow Tengu, Kuras has Seraphim ... apart from Leander ... his "monster" is just plain silhouette of himself... yeahhh no... Vere was right ...the good guy is an act... :))) My super crazy fan theory is that he is actually dead - and the green eyes and the flowers are the green miasma of the dead body - like Shinigami eyes in Black Butler. Liles are a symbols of an eternity. And he is some form of ex-priest. So that is why the cursed hands did not work on him - everybody else, even lean mean crazy machine Vere was careful not to touch them, so he must be a zombie of some sort. So him offering you lily he offers you eternity by basically killing you and zombiefy you too. But you guys gave us so many cool hints it is easy to come up with fun crazy teories and I love you for it!

This is such an interesting theory, him being some sort of undead entity. Since color schemes also seem to corrolate with the other characters and what kind of monsters they are as well, Leander being a zombie or something similar doesn't seem too far off with his greens, blacks, and golds. He's such a fascinating character, I'm so excited to learn more about him and the others in the full game!
Cool theory!! Yes, the Devs have implied he's the most toxic of the lot. You can tell there's something super dark behind the surface. I am VERY intrigued!

I actually have a theory about the MC, them being born cursed and if you play at the Unnamed, it gives me the feeling that they're already connected to the Seaspring because we know NOTHING about their biological parents. I can't help but wonder if their mother drank from the seaspring while she was pregnant with the MC because the effects of the MC's curse and the Seaspring feel awfully similar to me. I also think Kuras knows the MC too because of the MC's instincts in regards to him. Of course I could be wrong.

The song choice 😂 okay two things
1) I love it, excellent nostalgia value. Although I still listen to the original every day. Big brain marketing at work.

I'm honestly really excited for this game! It's hard to find a really good otome like game that has meat on it's bones. And in English. I played the Demo and it shows a lot of promise with an interesting story line, fascinating characters, beautiful art and I really like how you can choose your backstory. I feel like this game is going to make me bawl like a baby once it's fully released.

It's obvious the LI's are gonna be some sort of monster but the pictures that appear before they show the names and short descriptions of the LI's seem like what they're going to look like as their monster forms and I think that's so cool, I love Kuras's one so much and the fact that Leander's is just his normal silhouette seems terrifying because everyone else looks like an actual monster but his is just himself!
I mean they tell you about the guys in their twitter, Steam page and Kickstarter..
@@Nemisionn I think they meant that you can see the silhouettes of their true monster forms for a few miliseconds between character transitions. Yes, we know what type of monster they are, but we have no idea what their true forms look like. These silhouettes give us a glimpse of that and damn, are they creepy.

i feel like each love interest will offer mc a “cure” to their curse aside from seeking the senobium (hello ais and seaspring). in leander’s case…man, this man is prolly a necromancer or smth like dat. like he’s dead and his offer would be that we let him kill us and bring us back, immortalized etc. the game basically asked who will we trust so…yea leander is too good to be true in the demo. i think he is 100% a yandere too (i swear he gave dat yandere look in the shadows in this animation) n i love it so much
