I was there just a few months ago on a flaming August day in a wee open fishing boat with some family friends. We had overnight fog rolling in off the sea that boiled off by about 10 am to clear hot days. A magical zoom around the coastline of Loch Melfort and then picnic in Toberonochy which is a family favourite before home. Such a perfect day as the song goes.
Great footage, really enjoyed, got a bit exciting towards the end. I am bit confused though in terms of how you now post these on UA-cam. I presume you only have your Fisher on the back waters and no more Centaurs?
I ran out of money and sold the second centaur. I came home and saved up for a fisher for cold scotland. I now have sponsors for everything I film north of the border. I plan to do more winter sailing in scotland.
Didn’t fancy Cuan Sound then Dylan? That would have saved two hours out of your painful motoring. I’ve done that sea punching down to Easdale island - it’s horrid! We hung a left and scared ourselves witless in Cuan Sound but it was soooo nice to get out of the head banging down to Pladda…..

there is nothing like scotland for being on the water....and no midges 200 yards from the shore
